“Real gem of a hotel”

Lovely hotel set in a quiet peaceful location but within a minutes walk to lively bars and restaurants. Botanical gardens 5 minutes walk and public bus service nearby. Lovely hotel set in a quiet peaceful location but within a minutes walk to lively bars and restaurants. Botanical gardens 5 minutes walk and public bus service nearby. Check in and check out was easy. Breakfast was very good as were pool bar snacks. Staff were lovely and friendly and room cleaning each day was excellent. Walk to Plaza El Charco down steps but challanging to walk back,taxi back around €5. Only issue was sun loungers been reserved from early morning and not used, despite this we always found some but not in the best locations.

Lovely apartments, we went bed and breakfast and the breakfast is amazing, loads of variety. The rooms are lovely and clean with a nice balcony, the walls are thin so can hinder sleep if you're a light sleeper. Air conditioning would be a bonus as it does get quite hot in your room. Lovely apartments, we went bed and breakfast and the breakfast is amazing, loads of variety. The rooms are lovely and clean with a nice balcony, the walls are thin so can hinder sleep if you're a light sleeper. Air conditioning would be a bonus as it does get quite hot in your room. The location is great, shops and restaurants round the corner and can walk into the main centre in 25 minutes and a cheap taxi ride back, the walk back is quite steep. The pool area was quiet all day and always able to get a couple of sunbeds. Have already recommended to friends and family

Location is good, there are shops, pharmacy, restaurants arround. If you wake-up early, you have to buy coffee from coffee shop cross the road, because the kitchen open @ 8:30. Staff were friendly, rooms are cleaned every day. We didn't found welcome pack as per description ( no shampoo, or hand wash). I was not able to make changes on my booking, due to flight times ( I paid for 7 nights and stayed 6). The food is good, but basic, nothing specific. No air conditioning in the room. They are people that are keeping the lounge chairs for all day, even if are not there. No one cares about.

The hotel is quite responsive, depending on where you are placed, you may be disturbed. The pool is good. The cleaning is also good. People like parking bicycles in garages. The location of the hotel is also good, although there will be a lot of stairs if you want to visit the good restaurants in the center.
