A fantastic experience for my family staying at this lovely hotel. The hotel is a nice size, with good amenities without being too big. A lovely spa and great restaurant providing an excellent and varied menu for the Half Board buffet. The New Years Eve Gala Dinner was spectacular and a huge effort by the staff. My daughter is in a wheelchair and the staff could not have been more kind and considerate. Indeed it is the wonderful staff that elevates the hotel from good to great. Angeles in the main bar area was fantastic as were the spa staff, and waiting staff in the restaurant. ALl carefully managed by the hotel Manager Mr Blum who seemed to be always around checking on everything and maintaining standards. Spa was lovely, a decent gym and nice outdoor pool which was a little cold all added to the enjoyment. A really great holiday and I am sure we will be back.

“5 star experience”

Absolutely fantastic hotel in every sense service food rooms ambience 5 star the best hotel we have stayed in for a long time . Excellent food quiet pool area lovely staff , beautiful location . 20 min walk into town or you can use the courtesy bus . Well done to all the hotel staff .

This is a lovely hotel in a nice area, the pool and surrounding areas are lovely. The downside for English visitors is most of the staff don't understand English every night in the bar we were served the wrong drinks even after pointing out our order on the menu. If you aren't early dinners for dinner ie before 7.30pm you won't have the same choice as early dinners has they don't seem to replenish, 3 nights running I went for food that was there when I went for my starter but not when I went for my main or desert. These matters be to be addressed.

Our 6th visit over the years, and a very good report, especially for the provision of gluten free food which is vital for me as a coeliac. Our 6th visit over the years, and a very good report, especially for the provision of gluten free food which is vital for me as a coeliac. The breads, cakes, biscuits, croissants are excellent - produced on the island by Bäcker - and safely kept in their packaging to be warmed up if necessary. Sometimes it was hard to find a staff member to do this but the maitre d was very efficient. All dishes had the allergen labels clearly marked. We didn’t find the food quite as good as on previous visits mainly because quite a few things were repeated over the week, including the lovely hot boozy fruit ( gluten free too)for dessert, which used to be a different fruit each day, and fewer desserts. But it was still good quality. Also it was disappointing to only find shampoo, hand wash and shower gel in the bathroom. No conditioner or body lotion, or any of the bits and pieces one used to have - eg shower cap, nail file, sewing kit, comb etc. Reception said they are no longer provided which is very unusual in a 4* hotel. Only the folk evening and flamenco entertainment were good. However, we will likely return as the hotel is lovely, beautifully clean and well kept and, for us , in a lovely position, with the excellent shuttle bus saving a walk back from the town.
