My husband and I stayed here for just over a week, all inclusive, and we had a fantastic time! The staff were all extremely friendly, we had a great time getting up and having a dance with the other guests and we enjoyed getting involved with some of the nightly entertainment activities. I can't understand other reviewers saying they were treated poorly due to their age - we were the youngest couple there but we had a great time with both the other guests and the staff! The food was varied enough, and our room was cleaned by polite and friendly workers to a high standard every day. We are already looking at booking in over Christmas again next year - definitely recommend staying here!

We stayed for the last week of November and I can honestly say it was one of the best holidays I've had. We requested a room higher up before we arrived and were given a great room on the 6th floor with a perfect view of Mount Tiede. On arrival the reception staff were so friendly and welcoming. Lunch finished at 3pm, we arrived at 2.45pm and they insisted we had lunch even though the restaurant was about to close. They allowed us to leave our bags in reception so we had time to eat. We didnt feel rushed in the slightest. As we were all inclusive we chose our drinks and were given a full bottle of wine, which started the holiday perfectly after travelling for nearly 10 hours. We popped to the local shops after lunch and when we got back we had been left a bottle of bubbly and a plate of fruit in our room. The room itself was very clean and a good size. We bought a travel kettle as I had read they didnt have them in the room. However my husband found out we could have requested one so no drama there. The food throughout was really nice and there was a great choice. Luckily we love seafood so there was always something we liked. I would add that they offer a lot of traditional Canarian food which we personally prefer. So if you are looking for burger and chips then maybe all inclusive isn't for you at this hotel. The all inclusive drinks are served from 11.00am to 23.00pm which I think is more than adequate. The barman in the evening (I didnt get his name, a bald gentleman) was really lovely and had our drinks ready when he saw us walking towards the bar. There was also a lovely guy during the day who treated us the same way. Our measures soon became more vodka than orange!!!!! The barman got to know us so luckily we didnt have to remember to take the all inclusive time everytime we went to the bar. Moving on to the entertainment. Yanira the entertainments girl was INCREDIBLE. She really knew how to get everyone involved and she really made our holiday special. The entertainment isn't to everyone's taste, but for us we had the best time. She is an asset to the hotel group. We are a couple in our mid 40s and probably one of only a couple of English couple at the hotel when we were there. Most of the guests were Spanish or German. Although there was a significant language barrier, Yanira managed to get everyone together and through her we felt really included and always got a smile and a hello from the other guests. The location of the hotel is tucked out of the way and nice and peaceful. I would recommend a hire car and if you have mobility issues maybe find a way to get to the local shops by taxi as everything is on a hill. Overall the hotel is really charming with fantastic staff and great food. I would say if you are in your 20s and looking for the Tenerife nightlife then maybe this hotel is not for you. There was a group of younger Germans whilst we were there and there constant loud talking until 2 or 3am was annoying. This was not the hotels fault in any way and I am sure had I spoken to reception they would have dealt with it. We will definately return as it was an incredible week. Thanks to all of the staff for there hospitality. Dont believe everything you read in reviews as everyone has different ideas. We thought the hotel would just be a base, but it turned out that we spent more time at the hotel than we did going out as it was so relaxing. Thanks once again and we look forward to seeing you at some point next year.

Stayed here for a week in March and found it to be very good value for money with great staff. The rooms were a very good size and had everything we required. We stayed on an all inclusive basis and were not disappointed, all the food was very good and there was enough choice to please most people. The only small thing was that in the bar in the evening they were very strict on only serving one drink at a time to guests and you must have finished drinking the previous drink to get another, but this was not the end of the world. I have to say a big THANK YOU to all the staff who were there during my stay as this was a week before the island went into lockdown and they all provide excellent service to all guest in a very difficult time. I would like to mention Delia the waitress who always had a smile for the guests in the restaurant and also Kruger behind reception who was a great source of information, and took time to find the answers for our questions. I Hope that in the near future you will be able to return to normal and continue to provide great holidays for future guests.
