This was our second holiday at this hotel which is convenient for the promenade and sea front of Puerto de la Cruz. The only annoying thing was that we had booked a twin room with balcony through TUI but when we arrived we were given a small double room with balcony which was inconvenient. We complained immediately but were told that a twin room was not available until the following day and to come back to reception after breakfast. This we did and then had to pack all our belongings into our suitcases and wait 4 hours until a twin room was ready. To be fair, the new room was excellent but this was not a good start to the holiday. Anyway, from there on we were very happy. The restaurant was good with seating available all the time, friendly and efficient staff, and the food was good with plenty of variety. The evening entertainment was very enjoyable and the bar prices were reasonable. The pool was warm and never busy and there were plenty of sun beds. Apart from the first day, we can’t really fault this hotel. We like Puerto de la Cruz a lot particularly for an evening stroll after dinner. We would recommend The Orchid Garden, just a short walk from the hotel, which has a beautiful garden and excellent cafe.

Hard working pleasant restaurant staff. Shout out to manager Airam who clearly prides himself on customer satisfaction. All in all, a very enjoyable holiday.

“Peaceful and tranquil”

Beautiful hotel right on the main therefore, right on the beach,food was tasty, lots of varieties, friendly staff, spotless bedrooms, cleaned every day,the settings on the lawns was so carribean looking , evening entertainment was different every night,, hotel was classed as adults only in bold bla… more

Beautiful hotel right on the main therefore, right on the beach,food was tasty, lots of varieties, friendly staff, spotless bedrooms, cleaned every day,the settings on the lawns was so carribean looking , evening entertainment was different every night,, hotel was classed as adults only in bold black writing which appealed to us both, but lots of kids , wouldn't stop us from returning, plenty of sunbeds to be fund any time off the day, oh the weather was very welcoming 29° .

“MISADVERTISED AS ADULTS ONLY (FROM NOV 2024)”

Be warned I read this wrong...advertised as adults only however starts in November 2024!! One of the pools is closed and the other isn't up to much, alot of the sunbathing area on the grass, Very disappointed. Be warned I read this wrong...advertised as adults only however starts in November 2024!! One of the pools is closed and the other isn't up to much, alot of the sunbathing area on the grass, Very disappointed. Good breakfast, alot of choice with additional bloody mary or cheap bubbles to start your day with alcohol if you wish, large selection of bread, juices and omelette station for fresh omelette, nice fresh fruit. Entertainment every night, not seen it yet, starts late 10pm
