Booked a stay for my birthday after seeing the lovely pictures of the hotel. Was slightly anxious after seeing some bad reviews but genuinely do not understand where they were coming from. The hotel lived up to expectations and our stay was wonderful. We stayed for five days on a half board basis. The hotel was lovely. It was really clean, the facilities were great. The staff throughout our stay were nice and polite on all occasions. We stayed in a junior suite and the room was amazing. Breath taking view from the balcony, the bed was huge, the shower was so lovely and modern. The spa was lovely- we paid to use it and got a discount as we were guests. It was nice, clean and relaxing. We really enjoyed it. I also had a massage and it was so great, definitely worth it. The roof top bar was also lovely. Plenty of drinks to choose from and price wise they were not too expensive, it was within the price we were expecting. We had some lunch there a couple of times and the food was nice and the portions were huge. Managed to get a sun bed on the roof top but on the sunny days struggled to get one near the pool as it does get busy, but we still managed to go for a swim and get a bed towards the evening which was still nice. The food was also good. We can be picky eaters but we didn’t struggle getting something to eat at breakfast or dinner as there was plenty of choice. Cannot fault any of the food we had, it was delicious. Overall, our stay was really good and we left relaxed and happy. The place is beautiful, staff were nice and we would definitely return again.

We are just back from this hotel and I’m a little slow on the uptake. What made me speed it up was reading Steph from Kent’s review. Obviously she has a different opinion from most of the other guests who stopped at the hotel! The moment we arrived the staff at reception were pleasant and friendly and as we arrived late, they had a delicious salad out for us, juice and fresh fruit. Iv arrived late at other hotels and received nothing. The room was spotless and the views were stunning. Breakfast in the morning you had a hot choice, a European choice, in fact it was pretty awesome. Staff were very friendly and worked tirelessly. The hotel was spotless and the cleaners did an awesome job. I sometimes think people are trying for compensation with putting really bad reviews. We could not fault the hotel, the food the staff or the cleanliness. You get a choice to open a tab or pay on the night for drinks. That would be my only complaint, on our last night we ended up paying over 10 euros for a water and a Coke where it was only 5 euros 16 every other night. I have contacted the hotel as I used Revolt and didn’t notice until next morning. I’m still awaiting a response. I put it down to an oversight or error. I would highly recommend this hotel and its excellent staff. In sure they love the job and are a credit to the hotel.

“Nice but wouldn't recommend”

Room is lovely & clean with an amazing sea view. However, I thought there might be plates, tea & coffee given there's a fridge, Microwave and kettle. Breakfast is amazing, plenty to choose from but shame the same can't be said for dinner (we were half board) food choices are minimal & boring....... more

Room is lovely & clean with an amazing sea view. However, I thought there might be plates, tea & coffee given there's a fridge, Microwave and kettle. Breakfast is amazing, plenty to choose from but shame the same can't be said for dinner (we were half board) food choices are minimal & boring..... nothing is hot! Even the pizza isn't warm so the heat lights must not work. I tried to order Sangria with my dinner & was told no, its beer, wine or coke. There is a pool bar but they don't serve food or take cash so if you're wanting drinks you need to go to reception, open a tab and put money on it (what a ball ache) you can order food from the roof top bar but you'll be lucky if your towels are still on the sunbeds when you get back down because the lifeguard likes to whip them off & hand them to reception. One day he went to put a note on a sunbed saying you can't reserve AND THE PEOPLE WERE SWIMMING IN THE POOL!!! if you bring your own towels you also have to rent hotel towels to put on your sunbeds for €10ea (I was not aware of this before I got there) You're only allowed to vape/smoke on your balcony.
