“Good option! I will come back.”
A good and inexpensive place to spend a few days. The elevators are a bit scary, though. I had an excellent view of the ocean and the lago martianez pools. The staff was friendly and helpful. “DON'T GO IF YOU ARE TRAVELLING FROM ABROAD!!!!”
First the positives- 1. The staff were friendly. 2. The location is very good in Puerto De La Cruz. Next the rest- 1. The rooms and the whole hotel needs a major upgrade. It's like a 60's tower block inside and out. 2. The food in limited in it's range and of poor cheap quality. There is very… more
First the positives- 1. The staff were friendly. 2. The location is very good in Puerto De La Cruz. Next the rest- 1. The rooms and the whole hotel needs a major upgrade. It's like a 60's tower block inside and out. 2. The food in limited in it's range and of poor cheap quality. There is very little food variety. Most of it is included in the photos. 3. The pool is dirty and isn't heated. 4. You can hear booming music until the late hours. I have enclosed some photos for you to see. Don't go to this hotel if you are thinking of travelling from abroad, you will be sorely disappointed.
