Stayed he for 1 night 10th floor pool view. Nice room. Great location right in the centre. Loved the area. Nice shops not tacky shops. Lovely restaurants around all within walking distance of hotel. Taxis right outside plus free train to loro parque..

Read a lot of reviews before booking a week's stay through TUI, despite quite a few negative reviews, however we found the hotel to be in a great location, the hotel staff very friendly and approachable and the choice of food hot and tasty. Great salads at mealtimes, good choice of dishes for both breakfast and evening meal especially the continental choice for breakfast. Had to ask for a change of room after 1 night due to the noise of the carnival, McDonalds below the hotel and staff setting the restaurant up for breakfast but reception staff were more than accommodating with our request and found a quieter room overlooking the pool within a few hours. Some areas of the hotel are a little dated and require some improvement but this not prevent us enjoying our short stay there and we will be looking to return around the same time of year next year. Loro Parque well worth a visit with free transport available outside the hotel using the small “land train”. Pool area well set out, monitored by a lifeguard, with a small pool bar selling lunches, drinks and ice creams. All in all, we had a really enjoyable relaxing break and look forward to a return next year.

This is a hotel for older people, hotel is very run down and could do with some much needed tlc. Food is not the best I would not rate this hotel 4stars it would be lucky to get a 3 star ⭐ food was not labelled so do not go here if you have allergies or food intolerances as you have no clue as to what’s in the foods. I asked for an omelette well done and i stood and watched the cook flip it over uncooked onto to my plate when I challenged that this was not cooked i got a dirty look and the cook walked away. Food was mix matched nothing went together best thing was desserts but again no labelling as to what they were and what was in them. Walls paper thin could hear every noise people talking.running baths to flushing toilets. Staff were not very happiest or the friendliest only one that made conversation and showed an interest was Fremlin in the restaurant. Like puerto de la Cruz but nothing really happening and no nightlife or atmosphere about the place. Perfect for what i wanted just a few days away chilling but thought i would give people an insight to the hotel. Would recommend the hotel Valle mar its a rooftop bar which sells snacks and drinks and perfect for watching the sunset got unreal pics. So give that a try.
