This was my first stay at the Catalonia Las Vegas Hotel but will not be my last. I have been to Puerto de la Cruz In Northern Tenerife mant times but I have never stayed at this hotel before. The first thing I noticed was how friendly the staff were, they could not do enough for you..The place is very clean and the food is good.There is entertainment on every night.I really enjoyed the happy hour 5----6 in the bar.I will definitely stop here again.

“Good budget friendly hotel”

Had a great time in this budget friendly hotel. Clean, friendly, a bit dated hotel. The food was good without being exceptional. Beds very comfortable air conditioning was good also. We were on the sea front side which was a bit noisy but stopped at 11 so no problem. The noisy bar does nice cocktai… more

Had a great time in this budget friendly hotel. Clean, friendly, a bit dated hotel. The food was good without being exceptional. Beds very comfortable air conditioning was good also. We were on the sea front side which was a bit noisy but stopped at 11 so no problem. The noisy bar does nice cocktails and a lovely Iberico ham platter. Always sunloungers available as the non reserving in place works. The only things I didn’t like were the happy hour drinks didn’t include cocktails, the restaurant was very noisy after 8 o’clock, so go early to avoid. The big lido down the road was a huge success for me, a massive seawater pool, biggest I’ve been in, brilliant as the local beaches are awful. All in all a great holiday at a great price.

Central location on the beach front, good food selection and staff across the hotel are all lovely and helpful. We had a sea view room, the balcony is in the shade all day but has a good view. Central location on the beach front, good food selection and staff across the hotel are all lovely and helpful. We had a sea view room, the balcony is in the shade all day but has a good view. You can hear the music from the bars but it's not too loud and easily ignored when going to sleep. The rooms were exceptionally clean. The only reason it was 4/5 is our air con and fan needed a refurb and were quite loud in the night. Our friends had been updated and were much quieter. The pool area looked relaxed and bar was inexpensive with nice Sangria. They do a fun free bingo and the karaoke seemed like a big sing-along. The lido, shopping centre and sea front are within walking distance. The hotel was disability friendly. I have an ambulatory and energy limiting disability and was able to navigate the hotel and area easily.
