“Very good for the price”
Hotel is in great location, very good and tasty food. Puerto de la Cruz is very pretty. Rooms were clean but bathrooms are a bit old , they should Think about renovation. Water in pool very cold. “Great hotel, great staff but lift needs sorting”
Great location, great food and spacious room. Staff very helpful. Close to bars and shops. The beehive is close by and the staff are friendly, drinks are are good and reasonably priced. “1984 Hotel - Dated”
Dated hotel , feels like 1984 in Florida on the strip. Location is ok , but needs alot of love and care . lobby and elevators are old and used. More a 3 star , buffet was ok , had alot of choice . Rooms are small , we were lucky and had a corner room with two windows .
