“unfairly given bad reviews”
the hotel was clean with a good variety food for breakfast and Dinner, we only did half board, the was staff very friendly, set in a very good location, the Puerto De La Cruz is only a 20 min walk, cost of taxi was 6 euros, there is a chemist and supermarket only 10 mins away
