āLovelyā
Eric is the best! Lovely guy. Vanity is lovely too. Honestly great holiday would recommend. Check out the clubs too everyone says itās quiet but itās not š«¶ great for cheap holiday and have nice time with your loved ones. The entertainment in the day is the best part 10/10

Hotel is ok, but clean, despite the leaky roof in restaurant and reception area. We was in room 512 , bed was extremely comfortable, but the room decor needs updating. we had an awful view from our balcony we overlooked wasteland and a dead end road where motorhomes parked so totally unimpressed with the view. Bizarrely we only had one plug socket in the room which was in the headboard which made charging things at night very awkward. Did ask to change rooms due to lack of sockets but was told all rooms are the same which is not the case as we visited friends on the 1st and 4th floor, reception we're not willing to change our room and gave us an adapter for the socket which was impossible to use at night as it protruded from headboard so much. Food was alright, always something that would appeal. Not a great turnaround on glasses and cups in the restaurant the trays were often empty. The pool is absolutely freezing, someone even used the term Baltic!! Only went in pool one day, far to cold for me. We had 2 rainy days and there is a lack of indoor things or activities to do. Not enough comfy seats around bar area. Would recommend a permanent dart board possibly in the downstairs pool bar area. Dani who does the entertainment is absolutely amazing so welcoming and friendly, he is fantastic at his job and is very encouraging to join in the daily activities but no pressure to do so. He is an asset to the hotel and works extremely hard. Vanity is also a wonderful girl and encourages guests to join in, working with Dani will do wonders for her prospects. The walk down to town is extremely steep and takes about 35 minutes, coming back is worse the steep incline is really tough and I'm used to hills. We enjoyed our stay but doubt we would return to this particular hotel. Giving guests a map of the hotel & grounds would be a good idea as no one seemed to know about the location of mini golf, spa and the musical garden. Pool doesn't open till 10am and closes at 5pm despite lots of guests still on sun beds which is most peculiar. Staff were friendly.

Beautiful hotel, clean spacious room, stunning views. Incredible looking pool but too cold this time of year. Very basic breakfast buffet, evening buffet looked minimal as well. Would not like to go all inclusive. Not once asked if we were enjoying our stay, not enough sockets in the room and had to pay a deposit when ordering a drink for the plastic glass! Not enough information given when checking in e.g didn't realise a shuttle bus was available to go to town.
