“Festive break”
Great hotel and location, only disapointment was the food was more often than not cold. Super friendly staff.

“Oh dear.....!”
Our second visit here and we have seen a decline in standards. The lifts breakdown on a regular basis, we are on the 11th floor! Not great, there are many elderly people here with mobility problems. I am vegetarian and have really struggled with the restricted availability of good vegetarian dinner… more

“Rubbish cold food”
Lovely Hotel and staff but spoilt by awful cold food and we also were both ill on Christmas Day and Boxing Day with sickness and diarrhoea just like may othe people we spoke to
