Majority of staff were so approachable and helpful with a no problem attitude. Fantastic getting serviced at the table whilst watching the entertainment. Everything kept clean and tidy food choice was excellent for all inclusive all in all fantastic time had by all and would not hesitate to go back

They're like one big family and can never do enough to make you comfortable. They're all very personable and warm. A big shout out to Laly at the bar who made you feel like you had a mother in the room looking after you, and the entertainment team Freali, Gloria (pikolina) and little Ali (who never stops dancing), you made the days extremely enjoyable ☺️. Very sad to leave and would 100% come back.

Well we have been every year since 2013, this occasion became a real education, we booked two weeks in December 2024, expected to have an all inclusive package confirmed, when we received the confirmation it was for half board and none of the agreed discounts applied. I immediately contacted the booking company who told me to talk to the Hotel direct and they would arrange the upgrade and apply the agreed discounts. This was completed and the Hotel said we couldn't cancel and rebook but we could upgrade when we got to the hotel and everything would be completed at check in. Great! Until we arrived, the upgrade would cost us the full amount with My Bahia Discounts applied and because we had just travelled for 14 hours I decided to pay thinking the app would be upgraded and we would get all the features from the My Bahia App. When we tried the app wouldn't recognise the changes and we were limited for the first day to the standard all inclusive (BTW we are Black band rewards eligible). I had come to work and rest so I had expected the Premium WiFi but I was informed I was only entitled to the Free WiFi which is insecure, so whilst sitting in the bar I used a software security sweep to see how many connections my phone was visible too, 50 + devices! So I switched to Mobile Encrypted Data for work. The moral of this is if you book online use your rights as a consumer, if there is any error in the booking cancel and start again. Trying to fix things once you are there is a waste because they have you over a barrel. The Hotel, As ever fantastic staff in the bars, dining areas, great cleaning crews and a fantastic atmosphere for all ages. We will go back but next time we won't get sucked into trusting a customer loyalty and reward app. I take full responsibility, I should have gone with my normal practice, if there is an error cancel and start again. Next time pay the extra and book with the Hotel Direct.
