I found the reception staff to be rude and discriminated against disabled guests refused to take water to my room. Eventually did after I repeatedly advised them I could not carry the refilled water bottles to my room myself. For the last few days of my stay. Also ignored solo guests in the restaurant at meal times seemed to only cater for large groups who maybe they got better tips from. I found no good reason or experience to tip. The entertainment was mostly awful and at times ridiculously stupid. The food was pork and fish everyday and all hot cooked meals were Spanish. The hotel itself is lovely and is situated in a lovely part of Tenerife but unfortunately due to lack of care to the disabled I shall not return.

Stayed for a week here all inclusive with the wife and toddler. The hotel is lovely, clean, compact and well organised. The staff were lovely and eager to assist. The entertainment was very good and we enjoyed a variety of acts modern and traditional. The rooms are dated, but were clean and the maid service was spot on. The grounds of the hotel are quite compact which I liked with young children. The pools were lovely and clean too. The life guard was a nice chap who always made the effort to greet us. The only real let town was the weather, but hey ho, that's the luck of the draw. Oh and the buffet does get a little repetitive but I find this common with most all inclusives Yes I would return but would try and get a flight to the north rather than the south of the island as it's a long coach ride otherwise. Worth noting Cocktails included in all inclusive and take advantage of your 2 evening meals in the additional restaurant Thank you

The hotel is bigger than its facilities, the swimming pool is small and crowded. The hotel really caters for the Spanish and Germans especially with their very repetitive selection of food! Breakfast is by far the best meal of the day and even then it’s like a cattle market, horrible, there are queues for everything, the lifts can take up to 1 hour to get to you, yes 1 hour. The food is plentiful if you want pork chops or chicken or paella every lunch and dinner time, every meal is the same, bland and boring. We went all inclusive plus and still had to pay 10euro per towel. The mini bar was not stocked. The staff on the whole are very nice but this is not a hotel that I feel caters really for the British. The beds are comfortable and clean but watch out for the cockroaches in the main restaurant, we took pictures. The beach here is not suitable for children in fact I would honestly state it is dangerous it is very rocky and the sea crashes in with some force. I want to be honest with people and some people experience may have been different. I would NOT bring my family here ever again as it promises far more than it delivers.
