Probably one of the top three apartments we have ever stayed in over many yeas of travel throughout Europe and far beyond. Staff were so helpful and really friendly. The pool are was spotless as was the entire complex. The steps are a small issue as they are graduated with plenty of stops at viewing points with seats to take a breather if necessary. Definitely a very well deserved 5 stars

“Relaxing 12 nights in tenerife ”

We stayed here for 12 nights, we had such a great experience and highly recommend this place. Yes the place was a little dated but it didn't effect our stay in anyways. We arrived very late at night and the front of house gentleman were very kind and very helpful towards us. When we are leaving out flight was till late, we asked for extra hours in our room which we paid 30€ for till 5 o'clock till our airport transfers picked us up. There is a room where you can store your bags and some changing rooms if your not able to rent your room for extra hours. The room was absolutely spotless and was spacious for us both, we were in block B on the ground floor right in the corner so out balcony looked into a lovely little garden area. The kitchen was well equipped and had just about everything you needed to cook a meal. The only thing I wish our apartment had was air-conditioning as the nights could become very uncomfortable with the heat. The house keeping staff were so so lovely, we didn't need to us the house keepers as we were hardly in the room, we would change our own bin out and give it to our house keeper when we seen her as we weren't needing the room cleaned. The pool area was lovely with plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas for everyone. The pool it self though was very very cold. We spent a few nights up at the bar watching the entertainment which was alright nothing fabulous and depending on how many people were there changed the atmosphere. We never ate at the restaurant but did order drink, service could be slow some nights and had to chase them some times for the bill but the staff were very polite and friendly. We used the laundry facilities ones on our stay and had a slight problem with our white clothes coming out with mold and stains on them which we report to the front desk and were giving our money back and asked to use a new machine which did clean our white properly. I do recommend full checking your machine before putting your clothes in it to avoid this situation. The place is situated in the middle of a hill turn left to head down to the beach and mall or you could go right to find some tourists shops and restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Apartamentos Casablanca and would highly recommend it too couples or family's looking for a quite hoilday.

We spent a great week in Apartmentos Casablanca and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. To get the negative out of the way straight away, our apartment was at the rear of the complex, great mountain views but the traffic on the main road underneath our balcony became really overbearing and in hindsight we should have asked if there were any other quieter locations available. Hey ho, we didn’t bother, but that's no criticism of the apartment complex at all. Onwards to the good stuff... We arrived early afternoon and check in was quick, very polite and informative. Miguel Angel was excellent. We had our room keys and followed the simple instructions to our apartment. We were on the 5th floor in block 6. Immediately the size of the apartment impressed us. Very spacious living room , newly refurbished bathroom, big double bedroom and galley kitchen, everything very light, airy and feeling very clean. Lot's of storage room in the bedroom and a safe . Furniture and decor was a little dated but it was in great condition and functional. Our balcony had some furniture and a clothes airer too. The kitchen was well equipped and throughout our stay we used it alot for breakfast and snacks. In the complex, there's a great pool, plenty of beds and umbrellas. The bar,restaurant and terrace area are great for all hours of the day or night. Food and drinks always available & we frequented regularly. Food was fine and reasonably priced. Generally we found the staff really friendly, very efficient but not rushing either, a great pace for us on a relaxing holiday. Near the restaurant is a games area, pool tables, giant chess and these were adjacent to a huge bowls green. The complex is on a very manageable hill, steps or slope down to the beaches and town area were fine for us. There are shops and restaurants just outside reception, and upwards from the complex , within 100 meters there's a spectacular clifftop pathway with restaurants and bars too . In summary we would recommend Apartmentos Casablanca definitely, and many thanks to Nazaret , German and all the restaurant staff for looking after us.
