“it was absolutely perfect for me”
This hotel is absolutely suitable for meeting basic needs. If you want full luxury services, you should look elsewhere. The staff is very kind and helpful. I cannot form an opinion about the restaurant, as I did not use this service. That is all.

“right in the heart of town”
great puerto de la cruz location, walking distance to almost everything right in the heart of town, excellent and efficient service, wonderful rooftop pool offering guests both sweeping views and welcome peace and quiet, highly recommend

“Nice hotel”
The location of the hotel is really nice, everything we needed was nearby. The location has a busstation, a lot of restaurant, haven, shops etc. really nearby. Also the working staff was really nice and the room was cleaned everyday and we got new clean towels. We didn’t have a airco in our room,... more

“Great location”
Great location, clean rooms and friendly staff. Our room needed updating but can’t speak for all rooms. Still had an enjoyable stay and would stay there again. Plenty of quaint restaurants and bars nearby
