Fantastic 10 days spent at these lovely apartments. Well appointed rooms, cleaned daily if required, all mod cons, and beach towels which is great if you are travelling light. Just 20 minute walk downhill to the municipal sea pool and town centre (albeit with a healthy uphill walk home to walk off the great food and vino). There also also several fine restaurants and two supermarkets within a 5 minute walk. A lovely quiet garden (with beautiful bird song all day ) and a fine small pool area. The staff are exceptionally friendly. Perfect spot for a quiet getaway. We will definitely be back.

We stayed in this hotel for the first time as a couple on our first holiday together from the moment we walked through the door. The staff were absolutely amazing and always went above and beyond everything that was asked for it was also my partner‘s birthday when we got here And they came in with a bottle of wine and some chocolates while we were out which was a lovely gesture every single person that is absolutely amazing and would definitely recommend everybody to come here thank you for making our experience amazing when we will definitely be back again

“Quite relaxing place to visit”

Lovely apartments very clean ..20 minutes walk to bars restaurants ..local restaurants very good 5 minutes to walk all the staff are very friendly.. the maid's are lovely ..maybe not so good for children but great for couple's..would go there again

We were in Tenerife for a family holiday in the Ambassador Apartments. We were wowed by how clean and contemporary our apartments were, complete with a balcony facing the sea. We also had access to a pool, which was well-maintained. This also applied to the outdoor areas of the hotel. The place was also quiet and family-friendly. There were good transport links in terms of taxis in the area. However in our experience, most necessities such as the supermarket, as well as the town centre and the beach were within walking distance. The staff are diligent, friendly and always helpful, cleaning our apartments while we were out for the day. Outside of that, they were always welcoming, greeting us when we walked by, as well as giving us advice on how to access local amenities. All in all, we had a fantastic experience, thanks to the staff and management of the Ambassador Apartments. If we ever come back to Tenerife, we will choose to stay here again.
