At this hotel you will find very polite staff and good service, the position of the hotel it is take almost 180°, from east to west, with nice view of ocean also from the restaurant which you can enjoy the meal! Nice garden and pools, spacious rooms with balconies!

Six of us stayed for 8 nights at the beginning of December 2024 as a multi generational family group to escape the colder winter at home. This hotel ticked all boxes for all ages from my 2 year old son up to my parents in their 70s. I picked this hotel mainly for the children’s facilities and they far exceeded our expectations. The soft play in the restaurant and the evening bouncy castle went down very well. The salt water pool is heated to 28 degrees all year round and it was a real bonus, we didn’t go in the colder pool. There was never a problem getting sun loungers, we generally sat at the smaller shallow children’s pool which was also heated to a wonderful temperature. Being able to change towels whenever needed was very helpful. We stayed half board and the variety of food offered at breakfast and dinner was exceptional. We only ate at the pool bar once as we were all so full from breakfast. Cocktails were very nice and well priced. Good coffee too. A sun lounger drinks service would be a good improvement, but we didn’t mind a short stroll to place an order. I emailed the hotel a few days before our arrival and requested a quiet room away from the entertainment, my request was accommodated and we were given room 010 which was perfect. All rooms were very clean and we loved how spacious they were, having a proper bath when travelling with toddler was really helpful. The walk in wardrobe was appreciated to keep us organised. The bed was huge and big enough for our son to sleep in bed with us and all still be comfortable. We watched beautiful sunsets from our terrace most evenings. We did get the shuttle bus to the beach at Costa Adeje, but we weren’t really keen on the area and we preferred to stay within the resort. The grounds are very well maintained with lots of palm trees, fish and turtles swim in the ponds, and the area is just very relaxing. There is a supermarket just up the hill from the hotel which we visited a couple of times. We all loved our stay so much that we are all booking to return together in December 2025. Although we had a nice stay at the hotel it felt more like a four star as opposed to a five star. Personally, I felt the decor overall seemed a bit tired and shabby. Nevertheless, our room was fine and spacious however, there was no ventilation in the bathroom which it really needed. The hotel staff were nice and friendly and always willing to help. The buffet selection for dinner was OK but ideally we would have preferred more vegan options. Also, it would have been nice to have a wider fruit selection for breakfast. We didn't see a kiwi, peach or pear in sight. Overall, it was a nice stay but there is room for improvement.
