“DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!”
Upon arrival check-in seemed a little slow but ok. We entered our room to a horror story. BLACK MOULD walls, floors, wallpaper hanging off, dents in the walls. Shower was hanging on by one screw and swinging side to side. I was mortified. As it was late and travelling with a very tired smal… more

“An hotel for having a good time with all that you need.”

“Girly time away”
Lovely hotel. Very enjoyable relaxing few days with my daughtef Aimee. Lovely food and a special mention to Ezequiel who is very entertaining and made the aqua aerobics very enjoyable. Thank you. We wilm definitely return. Perhaps try all inclusive next time.

“Not quite 5 star”
We did not consider the hotel to be 5 stars. The rooms were tired looking and in need of updating. The staff were lovely, but considering the cost, was disappointed, which is a shame as we love Tenerife. WiFi was poor and all the added costs i.e food and films were very expensive.
