“excellent hotel. definetly recommend will be returning, read my review for a more in detailed review.”

we first went here in august 2022, it was brilliant, food, staff, room, location was all amazing but one thing, i left my shoes at the pool which was my own fault and somebody stole them, we went to reception and they wasn't returned which isn't really the hotels fault. it was good enough for us to return with again no negative reports, my mum loved the big nutella machine and the food was a good selection with the food changing everyday, great selection of desserts too including, ice cream, fruit, cake etc. the room was just normal it's not bad but would look better refurbished as i saw someone say it if getting a refurb which is nice to hear. there are 3 pools, a kids one- quite small but normal for kids. there was 2 main ones, we went to the busier one only once during our stay in 2024 as it was quite a stretch for sunbeds if you want a lie in, most probably all taken by about 8:30. however when we went previously their was activity's like a blow up bouncy castle with other little bits. there is also a towel stand with floats and things. around the pool their is drink stands where you can just grab a cup and fill your drink a normal selection of fizzy drinks and their was also iced lattes, coffees and hot drinks. they had alcohol and also ice cream fridge where you can just go and grab one. at the other pool it is much the same with the drink stands but their is a thing where you can order food they had like burgers, fries, hot dogs things like that and they also had nachos, salad and sauces which you could just go and grab yourself. i'm not too sure if they had a food thing at the other pool but i don't remember. this pool is quieter with a bridge in the middle which people was doing flips off, underneath the bridge was like these hanging monkey bars (wasn't actually meant to be monkey bars) but people used them as that, if you have kids i'd say just watch them as it was quite low and a hazard of banging your head. this pool was easy to get sunbeds if you don't want to get up early, i would say the latest you would find them is about 10:30-11 however there was the odd one throughout the day. all sunbeds had tables and umbarellas at both pools. in terms of things outside the hotel their was a little pathway you could go down at the side of the hotel which leads you to the town, we stopped at an ice cream shop which was delicious with a variety of flavours and drinks. their was the average shops that sold all the fake football shirts, clothes, jewellery, fake designer etc there was a real shop though with real designer things. there was also a supermarket with decent priced things and if your a takis lover like me then you are in luck. there was a little park area aswell with swings and things also on the walk to the main town there was like the gym equipment you could go and use, all in good quality and safe. the town was good except one of the shops i was looking at football shirts and the woman wouldn't let me leave in the end i had to say i was going to think about it and come back but didn't return. overall town was pretty good. back to the hotel there was the sister hotel you could go in, there was a football pitch which i went and had a game on but other than that we didn't stay there for a while but looked like a decent hotel too. there was a shop inside the main reception which had a really good variety of snacks, had some clothes, suveneers, floats all for a reasonable price. there was also a mini shopping bit at the side of the hotel right next to reception desk you could go through the doors, there was another shop with snacks and things, one with suveneers and clothes and little fidgets. their was a bar where you could watch football, also a midnight bar where you could get hot food and drinks from. also a big stage where the was nightly entertainment. also a kids club which looked good. the reception staff was excellent and helpful. there was a table tennis and a pool table down at the bridge pool which you could go up to reception and ask for the bats, balls, and things you just gave them 5 euro deposit and you would obviously get it back when you return the bats and things. in the reception their was the downstairs with a bar, seating, toilets and a little games room where you could play table tennis and i think they had some racing machines. the ways to the rooms their was a way through reception if your room was on one side, they had lifts and stairs so the rooms weren't a mission to get too, the cleaners were friendly giving you drinks in your fridge every day and new towels, with obviously cleaning your room and they did some designs with the towels which were cute. overall the hotel is absolutely amazing and deserves a 5 star in my opinion, we will definetly be returning for the 3rd time and don't let the bad reviews put you down because i have read some and none are like my wonderful experiance everything is on point. definetly recommend brilliant hotel.

Fantastic stay for the first time at this hotel everyone of the staff were friendly and accommodating to any issue you had. For me being gluten free the experience I had was the best ever at any hotel we have stayed at in the 29 years of suffering with coeliac disease. All members of the restaurant could not help me enough and were experienced in their knowledge. It was that good we booked while we were there to come back in 2 weeks time.👍

The perfect first holiday with our 7 month old. The staff are all so friendly and accommodating. The travel cot we requested was set up ready to use upon arrival. Check in was easy and the reception staff helped get us booked in for our Al a carte meal. The pool entertainers bought great energy and fun for the family. The staff in the buffet restaurant were also very on it and great with the baby, always offered a high chair for her. We were right by the pool so could nip back to our room as and when quickly. The buffet food was varied daily so we never got bored of the food. Drinks were also supplied quickly (often before we’d even finished our glasses). The service really was top notch. The rooms were very spacious and the beds huge. It was also so nice to have a balcony. The Bahia village was well stocked for corner shop bits and bobs and also souvenirs. It was great to be able to walk over to the other hotel and use their facilities too. I am glad we booked this hotel however as the other one was a lot more hilly with more steps which would have been more difficult for one of our family members who struggles with walking. Though there are lifts but not as frequently throughout the outside areas. I think the only improvements to our hotel I would say maybe is that the rooms could do with a little updating and beds could be a little more comfy. Though I believe renovations are due to take place. On the whole however we all throughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back. It was our first time doing all inclusive and as a family with a young baby it really was ideal!

The staff were excellent, bar staff were knowledgable and helpful, the wine was basic but ok ish, I'm a wine snob. the cocktails were smashing. The food was absolutely great, there was always something for you, lots of choice, the microwave was a good addition. The entertainment was typical standard singers, all good. The sister hotel always had a better act on Queen tribute etc. The swim area was great, but we had a couple of storms rendering them unusable for a day or two. The speciality restaurants were fine, the Thai was really good. Our best meal however was in the indian resteraunt adjacent to the hotel, the food was sublime and cheap, I love Indian food and this was tope notch.
