We have just returned and stayed 7th to 14th Dec, we were very apprehensive after reading the comments about the evening meal, well we should have not worried t he food and service were first class,the only observation i would make is that the main meals should have somebody behind the counter with a large personalty to explain the ordering procedure and offer wine with the different meals, there is nothing wrong with the standard of meal and the staff are tryin very hard to make it work, thank you again for a lovey stay our room was 573 we will be returning

“Solo travel big hotel.”

The first thing I noticed how big it was nicely decorated on the outside & didn’t disappoint on the inside, reception staff were helpful and polite in English. The first thing I noticed how big it was nicely decorated on the outside & didn’t disappoint on the inside, reception staff were helpful and polite in English. Room was good clean spacious with balcony overlooking pool. The floor in the room the wood effect was coming up could have been a tripping hazard for the elderly I lived with it for a week, came with fridge coffee making facilities, rooms cleaned new towels daily. Food was good I paid B&B breakfast plenty of choice all catered for, bacon cooked the British way, paid for one evening meal €30 tried it wasn’t overly impressed same old hotel food, eating out much better. The pool area heated pools but not every day as we found when jumped in lol everything shrivelled up on that day lol. But it’s clean washed daily bar snacks too. Good hotel good location I’d go again.

“Fantastic Pool and pool area”

Arrived at hotel and reception staff booked us and gave us our glass of Prosecco. Room was 340 over looking pool. On first night we booked through the app for dinner. Arrived at hotel and reception staff booked us and gave us our glass of Prosecco. Room was 340 over looking pool. On first night we booked through the app for dinner. We were B&B&D, we had to ask waiters how new system worked. There are five meals choice. We got our starter and then waited for staff to take our order…. We then asked waiters to take the order I ordered sea bream and also the steak was ordered. The food arrived cold with over cooked vegetables both meals had obviously sat waiting on the staff to bring down to us. Desert was self service and very nice. We didn’t eat again in hotel until our last night and this time avoided the main and just took the food from buffet. The entertainment was very dull and same most nights. The plus for this hotel is the location and the pool. We were not on Up or Terrace but have been on the Terrace on our April holiday. Over all the hotel is great for B&B avoid extra cost of dinner unless you enjoy cold dinners.
