“Great hotel in Las Americas”

What a fantastic find! Lovely relaxed, centrally located, modern, spotlessly clean hotel with very friendly staff and great food. I’d recommend the Up! “Fabulous break and will return”

Our fourth visit to Vulcano and each time we upgrade to the UP! It’s such a treat - so relaxing and chilled. Plenty sunbeds all day. “Review 2 week stay”

We fly home today from our two week stay at VULCANO hotel. I have been reading reviews recently and I am shocked at some of the comments people are making about the hotel. The hotel is very clean, rooms are always clean and the bed is comfortable. Cleaners are in everyday making sure they top everything up in your room and leave this clean and tidy. Agoney receptionist is so helpful & always goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is a positive experience. We had a warm welcome when we arrived and throughout our stay the hotel have always been helpful Agoney also helped us book all of our trips and during my stay I was poorly and supported with doctors ensuring we were not paying shocking prices People have made comments regarding the current people staying at hotel, we are a young couple late 20s, the hotel has a mixture of young couples and older and people who have been coming here for years need to come to grips with young generation staying at vulcano. The hotel is not loud on a night and is not a party place so the older generation really need to lay of the negative comments and remember they are staying in las americas. There is a lot of comments about people smoking cannabis, I do not smoke and during my stay I have not seen people been disrespectful, this is not smoked around the pool and if people choose to smoke this on there balcony in private then so be it, you get this everywhere so don’t let these comments put you of as the hotel is lovely. We stayed here bed and breakfast, breakfast was lovely, we are not ones to remain in the hotel for meals so could not comment on the food. There is a pool bar during the day and the food has always been nice from here when we have ordered. We have not seen no ants or cockroaches throughout our two week stay There is always sun beds we come down at 10am and the lifeguard always helps us get a sun bed, every holiday you go to people fight for the beds this is a problem in many resorts if you like a sleep in like us the lifeguard will still help with finding a bed. The hotel is in a lovely location we go out everynight and never had any problems bus stop outside and we travelled to Costa Adeje and los Cristianos. We would return to this hotel and would recommend people staying here couples and families I have no complaints to make! Thankyou for our stay we hope to back in the future.
