“Excellent”
We normally stay at the hotel vulcano, however, the bitacora has now taken over as My first choice! A huge thank you to Alex ( kids club) for always making my little boy smile every time he saw him , always went out of his way to see him even if he was in a rush!

This hotel was excellent for me and my wife. As soon as we stepped in the door we felt welcome and cared for. We were given an upgrade to a sea view and we didn't even ask. “Great family get away”
This hotel is great ,very clean ,good food even though it can be alot of the same things..cakes are delicious. Pool ,with slide also an Adults only section very clean plenty sunbeds but they so close together you can only just walk in between them . Very clean everywhere. Rooms lovely and spacious… more
