Hotel very well situated, had a back gate that took you to the promenade with lovely restaurants lined across the beach edge. Two large pools (one slightly heated) was able to swim in Jan! We were in block B with a side sea view and that view was amazing!! With mountains one side and the beach and hotel pools on the other. We were on the 5th floor. The food, to me, was really nice! Yes some did get repetitive but we were only there for four days. I am coeliac so am very restricted on what i can have and i still had plenty of choice! The reception staff are not very happy.. however the cleaners, kitchen staff and bar people were lovely! (apart from one, will go into that soon) We always tried to order our drinks in Spanish and they laughed along with us most of the time! If you are all inclusive, when checking in, you are each given a token, this token you take to the bar and swap for a drink, you take your cup back to the bar and they give your next drink in a new cup. This is to save on plastic wastage and i think a good idea. Now..the night time.. we didn't stay at the hotel on an evening because the entertainment was outside and was a little chilly. But there are loads of different types of bars to choose from! A couple of the nights i was awoke by the extra LOUD music from Veronicas.. I had ear plugs but it was still very very loud. If i'm honest a couple of the nights we drank a lot and didn't hear it in the night, but i can see how some people heard it a lot more than us, especially those in block A, it must've been horrendous! Obviously the hotel can't do anything about this, it is right next to these bars which is a shame! Perfect for if you wanna go clubbing til 6am? I want to thank Maria, Marg, Nia, Lourdes and Daniel for being so nice with us and providing me with Gluten free lager! However the one bar man that was moody and rude was Javi, you could see him telling off the staff and was very abrupt with customers. If it wasn't for the music i would definitely return to this hotel. The room was old fashioned but clean, yes could do with a revamp but the price reflects this. We didn't get bitten by bed bugs, have food poisioning, nearly die or anything!!

This hotel does not tell you that it is adjacent to Veronicas Bar which plays very loud club music till 0400hrs. I took ear plugs but sleep was broken every night. Tower A (there is a Tower B) is the one you don't want to be in. The amount of people complaining after their first night was crazy, so if you want a quiet stay then you don't want to be here. That aside- the hotel staff were brilliant, the rooms were good. I would recommend upgrading to all inclusive if you are half board. This costs 21 Euros per person but additional lunch will cost you 20 Euros and you can drink for free and also use the snack bar which is open 1100-1800hrs has fantastic food. The food in restraunt is great and has good variety which I was impressed with. There are two big pools- one at the only bar at the bottom but that pool is not heated. Only the top pool is heated but you need to get up early if you want a lounger cause people will put their towels on and come and go all day. So although hotel functionality is good the noise lets it down.

I’m here now 12/01/25 The hotel is clear , but dated in the heart of town so the plus side close to everything but negative is noise till early hours we are in block B and there is just one karaoke bar that’s noisy till around 1am . The rooms are small and dated but adequate there’s only 1 socket so bring a extension lead, there’s a fridge and kettle and cups if you want a copper then bring your own tea or coffee with you. There’s a shop on site for basic stuff milk, water etc.breakfast is ok nice food and plenty of variety but the evening meal is a different experience the food again is nice but there’s little variety and nothing for kids if your a fussy eater you will be living on chips. Lifts all worked ok with little waiting . Pool area is small and you get the usual fight for bets at 8am . All local drinks are free with all inclusive if your not the drinks are expensive. The entertainment at night and the room is not worth your time .Overall I would give it a 3 star not 4 and your stay will be ok not the best but can only base it on my experience . If im honest I wouldn’t come back
