Hotel Zentral Centerl is a great hotel always I always enjoy staying in on any holiday I take to this sun drenched island. A wonderful hotel,checked in at reception quickly, allocated a wonderful twin bedded room,spacious, lots of storage space and cleaned daily to a very high spec,breakfast was superb, lots of choice and evening meal equally as good ,again big choice, very tasty,on the roof is a rooftop bar which is so cool ,loved it ,used it everyday, staff here are equally lovely, made our stay so enjoyable, location could not be better ,lots of pubs,bars, cafe's and restaurants all around this hotel ,couldn't fault anything about our stay here ,will most definitely stay again next time we're in Tenerife.

“Extremely helpful”

Just had a week in the Zentral centre. We stay here every year as it’s the perfect location for us. This is my 6th stay here & I personally cannot fault it. Just had a week in the Zentral centre. We stay here every year as it’s the perfect location for us. This is my 6th stay here & I personally cannot fault it. On this occasion it was the first time I was on dialysis, & the staff were superb. All my dialysis fluids were in my room on arrival. & on 1 morning I thought I needed some emergency supplies which I had forgotten, & Elvis (the manager) was extremely helpful in offering to help me find a solution. But thankfully I found what I needed, he was genuinely trying his best to solve my problem. I can’t thank him enough for his sincerity. I’m hoping to go back in February 25 & I will definitely be staying in this hotel, providing it’s not fully booked

“Great location, comfortable, clean, good food, excellent value.”

This hotel represented very good value for us for an eight night stay. The entrance and the public areas are quite palatial, light and airy. The rooms are also on the large side. This hotel represented very good value for us for an eight night stay. The entrance and the public areas are quite palatial, light and airy. The rooms are also on the large side. The bed was superbly comfortable, both for me (heavy!) and my good lady (light) Rooms were cleaned daily Breakfast buffet was varied enough for us and good quality. We also had the dinner ubffet one evening which was all good and varied. As well as the buffet selection the dinner includes a separate grill which offers a choice of two options and varies each day We had a slight issue with the shower head in our room, which we reported to reception on Saturday evening. By the time we returned on Sunday afternoon the shower head had been replaced with a new one. An excellent response by the hotel management and maintenance staff. The hotel is close enough to both Los Cristianos and Playa de las Americas, getting to either was just a short walk, 10 mins or so. Plenty of bars and places to eat out nearby. There is a bus stop nearby for services to and from the airport and generally around the island. The bus services are cheap and efficient, we used them extensively to visit other places during our stay. The TITSA bus app is very useful and Google maps is a good way to find bus stops and look up services that way. The convenience shop call "SOLVIPS" in the same block as the hotel (other side near the bus stops) sells the TenMas (Ten+) card which you can preload with funds to pay on the buses, The card costs 2 Euros to buy. There is also a 10 Euro unlimited 24 hour pass option on the same card, or even a 50 Euro 7 day unlimited option.

Lovely hotel in great location with lovely reception staff especially Grey, Ignatious and David, Sadly no bar or entertainment area and the breakfast is below average for a 4 star hotel, The rooms are spacious and clean and well presented, only some rooms have walk in showers and balconies,
