This is our second time back this year and in the space of a few months you can certainly notice some improvements around the pool area weldone. The pools are tested and results showing at side of the pool which is also comforting to know it’s being maintained. Free shuttle bus to the beach and Siam park is a bonus sure saved on taxis. Reception staff are more relaxed and approachable and will help you if you ask. The manger is a lovely lady who will try and assist anyway she can and her drive on customer service is excellent. This is a good hotel to use as a base to explore tenirefe. To all the staff have a lovely Christmas hope to see you all again soon love the Wilson’s.

We couldn't have wanted more, from the time we arrived to when we left after a week's stay. All the staff were friendly and helpful. I have to especially mention Antonio, on reception. He was helpful, chatty & always smiling. Whenever we had a question, he was always able to answer. The appartment was well presented & clean. We were pleased with the size and the layout. The only very minor negative point is that there were no instructions for the equipment but they were easy enough to work out. There was a large supermarket and restaurant less than 10 minutes walk away, with other places to eat & shop on the way down to & by the beach about 20 to 30 minute walk away. The Restaurant on site provided a selection of food but we enjoyed going for a walk.

Staff at reception very helpfull Rooms clean fresh towels Showers tend to fill With water and flood floor Food Breakfast : pancakes fresh ✅ Beans, hash browns popular but always not warm enough Juice machines not reliable Replenish teabags not great Lunch Again food only just warm selection not great Dinner Again food only just warm which after a few days we had enough not a great selection of meat A lot of fish if you like it Salad out but no cold meat Not enough staff Waiting for drinks Overall price we paid for 7 days at this time of year and was a lot and the food was not good at all Only found ice creams half way through the week No signs on some of the foods out By a road cars go very fast Complex very clean

Villa Mandi has such a charming vibe—lovely decor, spacious rooms, and lush green surroundings that really make you feel like you’re in a tropical oasis. So why not 5 stars? Well… let’s talk about the beds. Picture this: a rock-hard mattress wrapped in crinkly plastic, no top sheet to save the day, and bonus points—mystery blood spots. Yup, not exactly the stuff of dreams. As for the pillow? It was one of those long ones but with no proper cover, so you’re basically sharing it with everyone who’s ever stayed there. Not the kind of bonding experience I was looking for. The pool bar had its quirks too—you couldn’t pay with a card, and if you tried to go to the main bar to sort it out, you’d get turned away unless fully dressed (bye-bye bikini). Honestly, it was easier (and more relaxing) to just grab a cold beer from your own fridge and enjoy it poolside. Great setting, but a few tweaks could really take this place to the next level!
