Another amazing stay! We've been for years in a row now, roughly 10, and the place never fails to amaze us. It feels like coming home now. All inclusive: Food is great, always a good choice and fresh things cooked in front of you. Drinks aplenty, and really nice beer, considering I don't like beer! Rooms: The only downside is that the beds are firm, but that's simply a personal preference. Spacious, lovely terrace, refurbished bathroom and an awesome walk in shower! Staff: An absolute 10/10. From cleaning staff to the managers, everyone is super friendly and always have a second to talk to you even if they're busy at work. The staff on reception couldn't be more helpful. As for the entertainment and the entertainment staff (Diego, Tamas & Manu)... Amazing. They are a fantastic group of people, despite what a group of very miserable oldies thought whilst I was there this week! We always have a great time with them. I could write positive things forever, I'd definitely recommend this hotel.

“Great hotel, great staff, great atmosphere”

Stayed at this hotel for the first time for a week of winter sun with my partner and would highly recommend. There was never any “sunbed wars” which is always a bonus, the staff were very friendly and would always go the extra mile. A special mention to the entertainment team who were just fabulous… more

Stayed at this hotel for the first time for a week of winter sun with my partner and would highly recommend. There was never any “sunbed wars” which is always a bonus, the staff were very friendly and would always go the extra mile. A special mention to the entertainment team who were just fabulous there is always something going on during the day and at night which was great for us as we were all inclusive. The food was delicious and there is a wide selection available the varies from day to day but things like salad, soup, pizza are always available. Location was spot on for us but other areas like the golden mile and Costa Adeje are easily reachable either walking or taxis. The only fault is at the end of the week both our backs were a bit sore as the beds are quite firm, but who doesn’t miss their own bed. 10/10 experience and wouldnt hesitate to visit again.

Just returned back from another excellent stay, we are a group of 6 males that have stayed there whilst we play Golf, always go last week Nov, 1st week Dec, stayed there 5 or 6 times, always great, friendly staff, great food, clean rooms. Never seen a shortage of sun beds, food is always good, Breakfast or Dinner, great comfortable rooms. Surely if it was poor standard like some same we wouldn’t be repeat visitors on several occasions

PROS: Lovely hotel. Amazing staff - always accommodating and willing to help. Suite rooms are spacious. Showers are better than amazing! Maids kept our rooms clean throughout our stay. PROS: Lovely hotel. Amazing staff - always accommodating and willing to help. Suite rooms are spacious. Showers are better than amazing! Maids kept our rooms clean throughout our stay. Breakfast is standard (6/10), not amazing but not the worst either. Can't comment on dinners as we were only bed and breakfast. Ridemovi scooters at right outside and at 25 euros for the week, it is well worth using them to get out and about. CONS: Beds are very firm. Some people would prefer this, however we found it too firm. The hotel was accommodating and provided a topper for the rest of our stay. We are a couple aged 38 and 45 and felt we were too young for this hotel. A lot of older retired people stay during the winter months, but apparently, during the summer, this dynamic changes. Due to this, we didn't stay for any of the entertainment offered and ventured out most evenings. No tea / coffee facilities in our room. As early risers, we could have done with this prior to the breakfast bar opening at 7.30 am. You have to pay a daily rate to use the safe. We didn't agree with this.
