On 23 January 2020, the new Balearic Law against Tourism Excesses entered into force, which prohibits all-inclusive deals with unlimited alcoholic beverages. Only a maximum of three alcoholic beverages per guest will be served during lunch and/or dinner.
We would also like to inform you of the following restrictions included in the law:
Practices which may endanger the life, health and physical integrity of guests are strictly prohibited at hotels, apartments and holiday properties. These practices include climbing from one balcony or window to another and jumping from inappropriate places such as balconies into swimming pools (a practice widely known as ';balconing';). Guests breaking the law will be immediately banished from the property and may be fined, states the law and the corresponding municipal regulations. The hotel/apartment manager or property agent must order said guests to leave immediately, which may require assistance from the security forces.
Failure to comply with the prohibition of practices which may endanger the life, health and physical integrity of guests will be considered a serious offence. In the Balearic Islands, serious offences are subject to a fine between 6,001 and 60,000 euros.

Stayed 10th Dec til 20th and enjoyed every minute of it, All of the staff were polite, friendly and helpful from reception down to the room cleaners. I found the hotel was very clean through out, no problem with people putting towels on sun loungers there's plenty to go round. The food i found good for all inclusive but could have been kept a bit hotter, The chefs doing the show cooking were very good as were the table staff being polite and efficient. I found the bar staff all very friendly, no problem with the quality of their local drinks and very generous measures. The hotel may be 4 star but i have to rate all the entertainments crew 5 star working tirelessly to entertain everyone, have to give Tamas a big thanks he made holiday great fun, he gives everyone a funny nickname that joins in the activities and makes you all feel special. I can not really think of any negatives. A lot of the staff seem to have been there for quite a while, we enjoyed our stay so much we will be back next December for a 4th time

PROS: Lovely hotel. Amazing staff - always accommodating and willing to help. Suite rooms are spacious. Showers are better than amazing! Maids kept our rooms clean throughout our stay. Breakfast is standard (6/10), not amazing but not the worst either. Can't comment on dinners as we were only bed and breakfast. Ridemovi scooters at right outside and at 25 euros for the week, it is well worth using them to get out and about. CONS: Beds are very firm. Some people would prefer this, however we found it too firm. The hotel was accommodating and provided a topper for the rest of our stay. We are a couple aged 38 and 45 and felt we were too young for this hotel. A lot of older retired people stay during the winter months, but apparently, during the summer, this dynamic changes. Due to this, we didn't stay for any of the entertainment offered and ventured out most evenings. No tea / coffee facilities in our room. As early risers, we could have done with this prior to the breakfast bar opening at 7.30 am. You have to pay a daily rate to use the safe. We didn't agree with this.

We have been going to this hotel for a good number of years some year as many as three holidays This year we have managed three holidays there a total of eight weeks we usually book a room with side sea view but this last booking we paid for a cheaper room as expensive that time of year The room we were given had problems from the start with the door lock the handle was difficult to open the door We had to buy soap as were not given any later found out there was supposed to be a soap dispenser in the shower after four days that was rectified The bed had a mattress toppers fitted but they only helped a little as the mattress was very hard by the end of the three weeks we both had back and hip ache On the good side the restaurant as always was exceptional all the staff just can’t do enough to help We were half board and the food was spot on the wife is allergic to gluten so the chefs made sure she was well catered for The animation lads as usual work none stop to entertain they brilliant really The rooms are kept spotless as is the hotel We not greedy but friends of ours go twice a year to a hotel and are given a upgrade to the first room they booked years ago same room every time Makes you wonder doesn’t it Well we are booked again for February what was booked before the last holiday it’ll be interesting to see how the reception treats us this time we have paid for our usual but you only get what you pay for at this hotel no matter how loyal you are
