The staff are very friendly, Hotel is very clean, the breakfast could be better. We've stayed at the Andorra several times and always enjoy our stay. We have already booked for next year. I would recommend this hotel. Ones again a very enjoyable stay.

Lovely clean hotel , nice sitting back from the pool & having a drink by the pool bar. Bedroom basic but clean & everything we needed we stayed in top corner room , patio was massive & sunny all day. Staff friendly & helpful. We caught the bus a few times in to los Cristianos and went to the old tea rooms & Harriets lovely English food well worth a visit back of the bus stops. Come out turn left then 1st left supermarket & further down a restaurant and bar. Right to the shopping arcades & left to a few English /Irish bars be warned one cash only. 5 minutes walk to the centre & few minutes more the front & beach Breakfast 1st day good with proper sausages rest of week disappointed they were in water. Proper rice crispies. Tip take your own tea bag down theirs were awful.

“Great hotel, great time!”

Just returned from a 5 day break at the Andorra for my birthday. Having emailed them in advance, the reception staff were pleased to advise we had been allocated a room on the top floor (room 504) with a rap around balcony in view of my birthday. Just returned from a 5 day break at the Andorra for my birthday. Having emailed them in advance, the reception staff were pleased to advise we had been allocated a room on the top floor (room 504) with a rap around balcony in view of my birthday. Our room was very nice, clean and suited our needs for our short stay. There was a great view from the balcony and with two sunbeds meant we could sunbathe in complete privacy. The staff were very nice throughout and our room was cleaned every day with fresh towels provided, and also a free bottle of water on arrival! Breakfast was fine, and concentrated on the traditional British fry-up, which was fine if perhaps a tad limited. Fresh fruit, cereal and pastries were also available. The hotel operated a strict rule as far as towels on sunbeds, announcing that any which had been placed on sunbeds would be removed. It was amusing to see people queuing up at 9.30 awaiting the ropes cordoning off the pool to be removed. We would have given this a 10/10 rating but for two things... Firstly, we had a small problem with minute insects crawling on the worktop surrounding the wash basin in the kitchen, it appeared they were coming up through the drain. We did not report this to reception and instead cured the problem by rubbing mosquito gell in the affected area. Secondly, as the area generally was plagued by gangs of men out for a good time, there were a group in the adjoining block who were quite rowdy well into the evening and for which nothing was done. Those two comparatively minor issues apart, we enjoyed our time in the Andorra with some lovely weather and would definitely return.

It's clean enough but basic,however, good location. I'm here now, can't sit on balcony in a morning as the smokers ruining it for us. They have switched off air conditioning so there is no extraction working in the bathroom. Their bar selection is criminal so avoid. The breakfast is OK but seen be… more

It's clean enough but basic,however, good location. I'm here now, can't sit on balcony in a morning as the smokers ruining it for us. They have switched off air conditioning so there is no extraction working in the bathroom. Their bar selection is criminal so avoid. The breakfast is OK but seen better in many hotels over the canaries. No loo brush or plugs for bath in bathroom.
