The hotel was very clean and the staff were really friendly. The hotel had great facilities and a great selection of food at breakfast. There is a convenient store situated by the reception. And an Irish bar below the hotel. This bar is noisy as expected with live music. So be aware of this when choosing a room. But the hotel has enough rooms away from this location. The decent beach is a 20 minute walk away, or 10 minutes by scooter or taxi. The big water park is only 15 minutes by taxi. I would book this hotel again because it has a lot to offer. And the rooms are decent and comfortable.

Was a nice enough hotel, just maybe not to our taste. I know the usual around all inclusive food, however we really struggled each day to find different things to eat, and food of very low quality, but I would at least advise having lunch at the snack bar as it is better. The mini disco staff are amazing with the kids and are very enthusiastic, all of the animation staff are great, some waiters and bar staff too, however you can get many many staff members who come across as rude, unbothered, or irritated. I think the pools are lovely, you do have to get there in the morning to get a sun lounger, otherwise you’ll be waiting a long while. Plenty options for drinks and branded alcohol etc available nearly all day. There is Mikes coffee bar which is nice and has a variety of drinks and sweet treats, however there is no takeaway option, and staff in there always seem to be irritated. We tried the Italian restaurant and it was a 6/10 for me, not the best quality stuff, not the most authentic, but was a nice change from chips at the buffet. Also some signs have been switched around or haven’t been put up for foods which may be an issue for some people with different dietary requirements. However there are plenty activities taking place throughout the day, and entertainment at night, although i wouldn’t say the entertainment is the best. That may be partially down to the lack of enthusiasm from most of the guests here too, whereas the sister hotel Conquistador appears lively with a better production and more enthusiastic staff. Another downside would be that our room wasn’t cleaned one day, and i’m not sure for what reason. And the next day the same sheets were put on as they had the same stains as the original sheets, and the shower needed a bit of cleaning. Lifts can be a bit slow but there are 4 so it isn’t too crowded. Only a few minute walk to beach, everything very close by, dubliner right next to which is great, but can be noisy at night, although our room didn’t hear it. but there was a slight droning from an AC or some sort of unit outside. It is overall an enjoyable stay with a mix of excitement but quiet, some lovely staff members, and we had a good holiday. Just wish some of the standards were a little higher.

A tale of two halves. Having stayed in H10 Lanzarote we were a little disappointed with this hotel. Rooms were clean but basic not even a kettle so bring your own. Shower was nice but everything is a little tired and seems need of some care. All the corridors require ceilings painted along to our room. Pools nice but the no reserving sun beds is a joke with no one keeping an eye on them. We watched a woman take two and alternate between them leaving others sitting on the floor. Some staff lovely and smiley others clearly could not be bothered with guests. The imagine bar was only open for football so felt that this was a big part of evening missing. Lobby bar not very comfortable. Food was awful in main restaurant although my husband managed to find a couple of the options to be fine. Sakura was nice but overall not up to H10 chain previous experience. Bars often had large queues with not enough staff. Mikes coffee bar was nice but no take away option which we heard lots of people ask for. Overall would not return.
