This is probably up there as one of the best 4 star hotels I have stayed at - better than some of 5 stars we have visited. I like how you can not reserve sun beds before 8am (if you do and leave them before 9am they will remove them). There's also plenty of them so didn't have any issues of not finding one. The food was tasty, varied and plentiful- we were on a half board basis however they allow you to swap dinner for lunch if you prefer to eat out. Lots of entertainment during day (waterpolo, water aerobics, darts, foam party etc...and good evening shows, the animation team are not pushy at all if you prefer to relax. Main hotel pool is lovely, decent size, there's also an adults only pool (infinity and sea facing) and a couple of smaller pools scattered around. The Spa is definately worth checking out - lots of different experiences to try and we had it to ourselves (cost 12 euro) but the gym looked very small so didn't bother. We had standard rooms on 5th floor, they were okay, not the best and fairly small but the beds were comfy and rooms clean. Hotel location is perfect, there's a back door (activated by your wrist band) that leads right onto the promenade and sea front (beach not so great right outside but 5 mins walk either way and you'll find nice sandy bays), shops and the golden mile all within easy reach. Lots of families, couples and older guests - the hotel caters for everyone!

This was our third visit to this hotel and still does not disappoint. We had a great week there. Entertainment staff are amazing!! Always something going on. The waiters in the restaurant and bar at night work incredibly hard. We had no issues with staff at all. Hotel in a great location and plenty to see no matter which way you go. The only issue we had was the fiesta evening we could not get a seat. We normally go out early but we booked true Italian so was late getting out. We ended up going after 15 minutes. Little disappointed. The Italian restaurant was lovely, delicious food. One waitress who found it hard to put a smile on her face and it seemed like she could not be bothered to be there. She didn’t listen to our drinks order correctly. The men were lovely though. Hotel room was great and we had a lovely view over the mountains. The rules for the swimming pool are great, you can go down at 8 and must stay with your lounger till 9am else the towels will be removed. If you have to go down later then you will struggle to get a sunbed. Overall amazing hotel and staff and highly recommend it.

Never been to Tenerife before but is the 4th H10 hotel we've stayed in and hoilday 4/5 times year mostly jet 2 Checking in.. Private transfer to hotel only 20 mins,security guard helping bags to desk and porter would take them up Junior suite 216,hb I had emailed a month before requesting a kettle, us brits...got a reply but they hadn't done it be tomorrow this is 930pm The WiFi code was a week old so had to return to desk,the safe didn't work man had to come up next day The Biggest issue was the bed The room was large, two good balconies, sofa, table but a double bed. Now we like the spanish set up up two big single beds that fit together. When you toss and turn u don't wake up. Their website says and shows two singles as does the jet 2.....so surprise Spoke to reception next morning, they can't change the beds but we can change room floor down near reception. We were on 2.....so I sleeped on the sofa for 9 nights ..2500 well spent The hotel is ok and nice in places, when urve seen on h10 they a bit similar. Nice pools,outdoor space is plenty. Food.....bang average. It's hot there's plenty to chose from it's just not memorable.....more times when I look at the buffet before I go.....might have that,or that bit of this........I found myself here getting to the end thinking better go back a pick something....I never went back for seconds or to try anything else. You won't starve at all but it felt like a canteen ,certainly we made the effort to dress for evening meal....don't bother it's very casual which I think also plays into the not special occasion we stared to eat out more and more Housekeeping was OK one night my sheets went and not replaced.1130pm waiting for them,one day no big towels and strangely a empty can of beer that stood for a week by a fire door.....perhaps someone having a crafty fag....still there when we left I thought the ac was weak in the hotel,but there is lots of open spaces do hard to maintain Micheal the porter was nice,he acknowledged us most times,no one else In summary.... It's a nice hotel,location is great you will have a good time I think they need to spend some money to maximise its standing think its trading on it name from years ago.the room for a jnr suite like the food wasn't worth taking photos of to show off to folk Don't think I would return ,other hotels looked nicer.like I said been in 4 h10 and would rate this 5th.....sure next h10 would be better...
