Pillows on the bed are a little flat, rooms are dated but very spacious. Tv has 3 major UK channels. Pool is lovely and warm once you’re in it. Bar/restaurant staff are lovely. Food is OK. Shop stocks bare essentials. The hill the apartments stay on is quite steep so would recommend a taxi. All I can say really is the rooms need modernising and maybe some air conditioning? Very warm on a night even with ceiling fans

Rooms a little dated but very clean. ALL staff on site were very friendly and house keeping excellent. Small supermarket on site stocks bare essentials. Some maintenance work being undertaken but not annoying. Larger supermarket 12min walk stocks other items. Main entrance to complex on steep hill would suggest taxis. Taxi rank at bottom of hill for excursions. Pool life guards allowed inflatables and ball games all week. Snack bar food reasonably priced.

Just returned from a week’s stay at Granda Park. First point is - there is currently work going on in some of the apartments so you will hear noise from around 9am. There is no sunbed wars, can always get a sunbed no need to leave your towels on them from early on. We stayed with our two daughters age 9 & 15. They never got bored (there is two pools the smaller pool is warmer) There is a little cafe/snack bar the staff there were so nice & the food was really good value for money. We found the staff at reception really helpful at all times. There is also an onsite shop it’s a bit more expensive but it’s really handy for grabbing juice ice creams ect. The rooms are dated but clean & well equipped, if you go here and expect 5 star you will be disappointed as it’s very basic. We did not have air con only a ceiling fan & on hot nights (27/28degrees) we felt we needed it. We did not pay a lot for this holiday so we were pleasantly surprised when we arrived. There is not alot round about in terms of restaurants or bars. Budget for taxis, we got ALOT of taxis down to los Cristianos they were around 6/8euro (we never once got charged the same price) you can walk which we did sometimes however in the heat it can be a bit much especially for kids. You can also walk along the front from los cristianos to las Americas. We found compared to home it was cheap to eat out & we did this everynight. They do have a menu for pizza at reception and they can call it for you and it’s delivered to your apartment we did this on the first night as it was late when we arrived and it was really nice. We did the monkey park which was a great cheap day out ( although the taxi there cost us 14 euro & the taxi home was 7 euro) unsure how they worked that out. If you are going to the supermarket there is one called Tu trebol at the bottom of the road that was cheap so would recommend using that (taxi driver told us this was local prices and not tourist prices) The beds aren’t that comfy & would recommend asking reception for more pillows we did this & it wasn’t an issue. Overall we had a great time & would return.

Rooms ok, beds comfy enough. On arrival, we did not have some basics - even loo roll ! This place is an ok for a cheap trip, but you get what you pay for. No entertainment, pool bar stops food orders at 8pm & bar itself, closes at 9pm. Maybe out of season? But end of june to july...come on guys... more

Rooms ok, beds comfy enough. On arrival, we did not have some basics - even loo roll ! This place is an ok for a cheap trip, but you get what you pay for. No entertainment, pool bar stops food orders at 8pm & bar itself, closes at 9pm. Maybe out of season? But end of june to july...come on guys. There are no nearby shops, just onsight mini markets which sell the basics. Also the hotel is not suitable for the unsteady, on a steep hill. Be sure to check the reviews guys & make your own mind up.
