“Exceptional hotel!”
Visited the Arona Gran from 8-18 July 224 and I can safely say it’s probably the best hotel I’ve stayed in. Adults only, although older teens accepted (visited with my 17 year old twins). The hotel is spotlessly clean and we noticed that they clearly take maintenance very seriously. Not so muc... more

Beautiful hotel, staff superb , food spoilt for choice ,drinks reasonably priced ,Up experience superb for a couple of days at a time ,bit repetitive food on UP terrace, cocktails a plenty ,pool view rooms pretty amazing ,side sea rooms you get the delivery vans and some locals being a bit noisy... more

“Another lovely holiday”
Another lovely stay at the Arona Gran. There is a very good selection of food at buffet and the service and staff throughout the hotel is excellent. The atmosphere is the hotel is very tranquil and relaxing. Looking forward to our next holiday here.

“One of the best.”
This hotel is magnificent. Looks very good indeed and the staff? well, they could not be better - any of them in any department. The accomodation is fairly standard for this class of hotel but very very well kept and clean. The plugs and other connections are actually where you can find them! not... more

“Great hotel”
Great hotel, fantastic staff, UP upgrade is a must… sadly the spa was not open,bit of a downfall as nobody informed us about it and the spa was the main reason we have chosen this hotel. Despite that I would still love to come back - well worth it !
