“Staff and entertainment”

All staff were really friendly and helpful. Entertainment was varied and enjoyable. Beds and rooms really comfortable and cleaned daily. All round great holiday.

Returned to Paradise Park for a second family holiday after a great first visit earlier in the year. As a family holiday it is great, lots of time spent in the pool, food is very good compared with some other all inclusive resorts, and the entertainment is excellent from daytime activities round the pool to night time mini disco (and recently added baby disco) and shows. The team are very friendly, attentive, and enthusiastic! Looking forward to a third visit before too long.

“Lovely half term break”

We stayed here 22/10 for a week. Check in was speedy and efficient, receptionist was very warm and friendly. As we arrived at 10pm due to flight delay, we assumed we would need to head out for food, but were pleasantly surprised to find a cold buffet had been laid on. Lovely touch. We booked a premium lounge room, which was very clean and spacious. We did discover the following morning that our sheets were stained, however this was quickly rectified, and a bottle of fizz and macaroons were left in the room for us, which was very sweet. We hadn’t complained so we appreciated the kind gesture. We stayed on an all inclusive basis. From reading previous reviews, I wasn’t expecting much from the food, and was prepared to possibly want to eat out a fair bit. We were really surprised by it, good food, that was well cooked. If you are used to just English food, then you may struggle, but we and our 10 & 4 year old ate very well. We did venture out for a few meals but didn’t feel that we had to. Some cocktails are not included in the AI, but I was happy to pay the €3.90 for selected premium drinks. The AI is worth it for just snacks and drinks with kids tbh. We booked directly with the hotel, and for what we paid we were very impressed with this hotel. Our children really loved it too. We try not to repeat destinations but we are going to return next year.

Stayed here for a week all inclusive. Mixed feelings, but not necessarily the hotels fault so don’t want to be negative but will come back to this. To start with all the good. The staff are really friendly, the rooms are very clean and cannot complain about the cleaning staff who work here. Our cleaner ‘Barbara’ - not sure if she did every day but the room was cleaned everyday with fresh towels. Food is good - never found difficulty finding something we liked. Rarely went down to the restaurant for lunch, mostly getting something from the snack bar, such as toasties, burgers, salad bar ect. Breakfast is a typical all inclusive with choices from full English, cereal, pastries, fresh made omelettes with your own choice of fillings. Dinner had a good choice and I would say you would find something for anyone. Always a choice of multiple meats, fish, veg, pasta, pizza, salad and more. Pool areas are nice. Main pool is more family vibes with music and lots of kids but we didn’t sit here (we don’t have kids so I like a bit more peace), there is a separate adult only small pool just next to this part which is a very chilled area, or our personal favourite was the pool out the back. Couldn’t find it to start with, but didn’t realise you need your room key. It looks like it could belong to another hotel as it’s out back over the steps. This area has 2 pools, a bar and a lot of sun loungers. We found it great in this area. In addition there is an adults only area on the roof with a small pool and jacuzzi - can’t comment on what it’s like as we didn’t go up but looked nice enough. Location of the hotel is good with only a 10 minute walk to the coast - plenty of bars and restaurants. Bus stop to Siam park right outside the hotel as well for those who would be wanting to go for the day. Ok couple negatives - personal opinion so I would not necessarily put you off as it would not stop us returning: Entertainment - now I don’t know if it’s just not our vibe or if it was the time of year, but it was not great on an evening. I usually can get on board with the cheesy hotel entertainment, however, it was mostly singers who I could best describe as shower singers but maybe I’m being negative as people were getting up dancing so must have been enjoyable to some. I love Taylor Swift and I went to watch the tribute act in the bar and let’s say I increased the vodka consumption just to believe it. Drinks - All inclusive drinks were a bit limited for 4 star. Only 4 cocktails on offer- I expected more choice of these, however, you can also get larger, wine and spirits. I ended up making vodka slushes for a daiquiri style drink. Maybe all the 5* reviews might have set my expectations higher but that’s not the hotels fault so I don’t want to let this affect my overall score. Overall, a lovely hotel, amazing staff, good food and a lovely week away. Nothing above would put me off staying in this hotel again and would consider it if we stay in Los Cristianos again.
