This was a return visit as we had enjoyed our previous stay so much we really wanted to go back and so glad we did as did not dissapoint. All staff were so welcoming and friendly that it really did feel like like going home as was so great to meet so many that had been there last time we visited. Loved the food , so much choice in buffet style so always something we liked . Everywhere was so clean and loved the christmas decorations . We love the walk down the hill and across the sea front to Las Vistas beach but not so much the walk back up the hill so its great that you can take advantage of the free shuttle bus back to the hotel. Really enjoyed spending time in the fantastic spa, with very relaxing massage experience . Animation team kept us entertained with a varied program including aqua fit , archery , shooting etc as well as demonstrations such as how to make Barraquito's with Alexandra and Alberto in the day and some varied acts in the evening including Comedy Elvis and Lady Gaga as well as ending the evening with some fun Karaoke thanks to Nadia. There are shops close by for anything you may need but hotel shop is very handy for some beachwear , trinkets and suncream etc So glad we returned and will definitely be back again in the near future.Highly recommend this hotel and suggest joining its loyalty program called Amigos in paradise for extra discounts and benefits .

Great hotel and highly recommended! Best points: Fabulous staff, every single one was cheerful, friendly, helpful, professional, lovely with the kids (4 and 6yo) and exceptionally tolerant of me practising my limited Spanish. Brilliant receptionists, cleaners, bar and restaurant staff. Most spoke good English. Special mention to the entertainment team, especially Federica and Alessandra, who seemed to have boundless energy for kids club and mini discos. Lovely main pool with lifeguard. Warm enough to swim when sun out. Food was very impressive for a buffet serving hundreds of people. Fantastic selection of cold and hot foods, some familiar, others local dishes. Cava, red, white wine and beer plus soft drinks. Plenty choices for kids and adults. Suspect I gained a few pounds! We had a room in the annexe which was spacious with a balcony and a second bedroom for the kids. Amazing big powerful hot shower! Lots of storage space and fridge/kettle. Reliable courtesy bus to the beach several times daily but less than €10 for a taxi if needed. We didn’t manage to use the spa except for a massage each, which was a real treat. Rooftop balcony was superb! We couldn’t make much use of it as were with kids but it would be a special place to watch the sun go down. Loved the nighttime entertainment albeit didn’t stay out past 10pm as with kids. About 20 mins walk from two small hills to climb for a good view and a bit of peace, if you like hiking! Trainers sufficient. Downsides: We found the beds a bit hard but that’s maybe a personal choice. Although ‘snacks’ are included in the all inclusive premium option, these were limited to a specific type of crisps which was not available all week in any of the bars. We spent quite a bit on Pringles at €2.20 a small tub! Seemed a bit odd to have such amazing food choices but not be able to get a bag of crisps/nuts on an all inclusive deal. The hotel has a policy of not ‘saving’ sun beds but it seemed not to be policed so if you didn’t want to be in the sun bed queue from 0845 you didn’t have much chance of getting one in sunshine around the main (heated) pool. Maybe that’s standard for this kind of place, though. Thank you to all of the staff who looked after us and made it feel like a home from home!

This is an honest account of our 11 night Stay in this Hotel. On Landing we had a smooth check in and we're happy with Directions up to the 7th floor where we had booked a Sea View Suite, Yes it was dearer but in our honest opinion well worth the extra Money. The suite was large in size with a decent sized bed and two balcony's which opened up to the sea view overlooking the main pool. View was Outstanding. Full Air conditioning and large sofa, Bar area with fridge to store your essentials, a small area with table for writing with phone and the bathroom was large in size with jacuzzi Bath, desperate shower and separate toilet. Maids came in every day and cleaned, clean towels every day. Real bonus. The roof top was up a flight of steps and was a real find with Balinaise Beds, sun loungers and Bar, jacuzzis and small pool. The only thing I wish the reception had told us in arrival as part of check in that we could book these beds free as we had paid for suite because we were 4 days into our holiday before we knew. I would definitely recommend. Such a lovely place to relax with the view. But if music would be nice on roof top. There is a spa in the hotel with is 10 euros an hour per person and we just loved using that, it has a massive Jacuzzi,Sauna, Steam room and Plunge Pool with several Special Showers and Relaxation Room. Total find for us and loved it. The hotel has several areas to it and a Poolside across the road where Adults can relax with outdoor pools, one with hydro beds and small Cold water Jacuzzi. There is a bar too. The food was the least favourite Part of our holiday, I'm not saying it was awful by any means and most part the Variety was there but its personal preference and we just didn't always find much that we enjoyed, I absolutely loved there wee baked potatoes and found myself just eating them. Breakfast I'd just go for coffee. Like I say some days were better than others and the volume of people that they cater for the Chefs do a good job. You see them cooking in front of you. The hotel offered a free Shuttle mini bus every day outside the hotel to take you to the beach front usually starts at 9.30am and runs every half hour. Collects you same spot you get dropped off every quarter too and past every hour stopping at 1.30pm for couple hours. This was amazing and allowed us to go in and enjoy the beach front and shops. We didn't do entertainment as we were more about relaxation and mostly after Dinner just chilled in our suite or on Balcony. Overall we loved this hotel, staff amazing and we are planning a return trip to here. Would highly recommend to Friends & Family Thank you for making our trip Memorable Merry Christmas 🎄
