Good: Clean, fresh rooms. Plenty of space. Comfortable beds. Peaceful despite being family friendly. Kitchen well-stocked with utensils. Facilities excellent. Courtesy bus to beach. Friendly staff. Generous 12 noon checkout. Not so good: Bit of a maze for the first day or two (tip - if you're in the Bogart block - rooms starting with a 6 - there is a back gate which is a godsend. The other blocks may well have similar). Very high-sided bath makes it quite difficult to get into the shower. There was only one person working Reception when I checked in around 6pm and there was quite a queue. The poor bloke was run off his feet, The few things I didn't like aren't that important I suppose. Overall, I'd definitely go back. Recommended.

Lovely clean hotel great on site shop the receptionist a lady when we arrived very welcoming and polite pools are brilliant had a foam party was entertained the apartment we stayed in Marilyn monroe they was clean and well equipped even with a iron we had two bathrooms has it was a two bedroom apartment plenty of wardrobe space and two sinks in bathroom we had a jacuzzi bath didn’t work though but want a priority the housekeepers came in twice a week clean towels and bedding I asked for extra pillows as though they was two in drawer didn’t realise came straight away there is a belle Roma just outside lovely Italian pizzas are lovely and cheap ten to 15 min walk downwards plenty of bars and restaurants and a mall there inly downside his the hill back up what a hill but always taxis up ranging from 5 to 7 euros but old rather ride up than walk up did walk up a few times checking out was ok to pools didn’t get bus we went down to pool 3 brill lifeguard friendly also pool side bars unfortunately I couldn’t say anything about the on site restaurant has we didn’t eat there

Lovely duplex apartment with sea views which I paid €210.00 extra for. Very friendly staff. Food a let down. Don't pay £27.00 for Wed barbecue night, burgers not cooked properly rest of food bland, entertainment average and very noisy every night if you are pool facing. Noisy cleaners throwing furn… more

Lovely duplex apartment with sea views which I paid €210.00 extra for. Very friendly staff. Food a let down. Don't pay £27.00 for Wed barbecue night, burgers not cooked properly rest of food bland, entertainment average and very noisy every night if you are pool facing. Noisy cleaners throwing furniture about, cleaning hit and miss, killer hill to beach and back, shuttle bus great. Pool area to small so extremely busy, can't get bed. Towel hire for €5.00 a day. Aldi and lidl only decent supermarkets €45.00 taxi fare away ! Centre los cristianos not very appealing, getting mither from guys selling their rubbish fake glasses ect. Loved my apartment and the sunshine 🌞 but would not return.
