Upon booking this place for my lads holiday I thought it could end up being a similar scenario to the inbetweeners, but when I arrived I was blown away by how modern the apartment felt. The beds were comfortable, there was plenty of space for 3 lads, and a balcony with a great view of the pool. The only downside was that there is limited cooking appliances, but with so many places to eat nearby this is certainly not a dealbreaker. Overall I would definitely recommend to others as at times there were 8 in our apartment to relax in the evenings and the apartment was very much able to cope.

Lovely apartments, our one needed a little bit of modernisation but for the price it was very good. Lovely apartments, our one needed a little bit of modernisation but for the price it was very good. Very comfy beds and two toilets, no oven but everything else you would need, they even managed all of my requests regarding what room i got. The receptionist that works on a thursday is very helpful & the cleaners are very polite. About 10 mins to beach & shops or if you want to go to the start of Playa de Las Americas its a half hour walk. Would definitely stop here again.

Location of the apartments are central to most needs El Mirador strip and main bus terminal 5 mins walk in either direction, beach is a good 15 mins walk down hill, plenty of mini-markets around, however if your require bigger "Superdino" is a short walk too. Apartments themselves are fully equipped with all cooking/kitchenware, and beds are comfortable. TVs have brittish chamnels. However, there is NO air-conditioning in any rooms, and they are very warm at times. We stayed in room 403, which was roadside facing, not much noise from traffic, and most bars stopped playing music 11/12pm. The surrounding grounds were very well kept, and rooms were cleaned regularly. Our balcony was only separated by a hedge and was very accessible for cockroaches and other bugs. Poolside, you will have to be up early if you want any beds, as most have already been taken by 08:30 by the usual towel layers. Note that there are only around 7 permanent parasols dotted around. There are two identical pool areas in the complex. The larger pools are deep, and Lilos or balls, etc, are allowed in these fun is only acceptable in the smaller pools. There is a real lack of entertainment (none) in this complex, which is a shame. Restaurant areas are cheap enough for drinks and food, breakfasts, and meals were value for money, plenty of TVs to watch sports etc. There is a snack bar market that does nice takeaway cooked or salad baguettes for around €3. We had a pleasant 10 days away in this complex, but we probably wouldn't return due to the fact that there's is NO much needed air-conditioning, hence the 3/5 rating apart from that all was good
