“The hotel exceeded my expectations! I recommend it!”

Very good food, large selection. shows in the restaurant. great animations both during the day and in the evening. Beautiful view from the room with a view of the ocean. Very good food, large selection. shows in the restaurant. great animations both during the day and in the evening. Beautiful view from the room with a view of the ocean. A large number of sunbeds is an additional plus. Nice service. Very good value for money. Barcelo quality for a very low price. The disadvantages are cold water in the pools, quick time when the shadows start to fall on the pools, no parking.. but these are minor issues, generally it is hard to find fault with anything.

“Staff is the best”

I am here at the moment and having a wonderful time as always. The staff treats me so well. They make me feel welcome. My room spacious and clean. The food is good. The poolbar food is really good variety. The hotel is improving every year I come.

Positives: Good hotel, rooms were massive and I slept pretty well for someone who usually struggles to sleep in a bed that isn’t my own. Staff were friendly and happy to help and the entertainment was pretty good! Negatives: One of the three pools was closed when we were there which wasn’t really advertised anywhere, the pools were also freezing, I realise that they heat the pools in the winter but mid December is cold enough it might warrant it as well. Had an issue with the shower overflowing which was reported but not sorted during our stay, not a major issue though. The TV comes on each and every time you insert the card in the slot to power the room, tried muting it and lowering the volume but it always starts playing that loud music that’s mildly annoying. Buffet was okay, having said that neither of us eats meat and the labelling is all over the place, there’s supposed to be a leaf to indicate vegetarian meals, which was placed on a bunch of meat meals but not on vegetables, really didn’t make much sense tbh. Selection wise there was always something and the salad bar was good, although prepare yourself to eat plenty of salad, cheese, pasta and pizza if you’re a vegetarian.
