“Perfect place for relaxing.”

The perfect place for us. Close to the airport. It is possible to rent a car to visit the island. The food was delicious, for all tastes. 👌🏻 The hotel employees are very kind and friendly. It was a successful holiday as a couple. I will come back another time with great love.

We had a wonderful holiday made even more special by the amazing staff throughout the hotel. A special mention to Marine in the kids club, who was exceptional, and always went out of her way to make sure the kids were well looked after and happy at all times. Food was very good, service and cleanliness was excellent and there were always things going on to get involved with. We particularly enjoyed the glass jewellery making class and the paddle board yoga! We would definitely recommend and would go back in an instant.

“Relaxing holiday with a 2 year old”

🍹Arrived and greeted with crayons to colour in a drawstring backpack. Our very spacious room (with chocolates on arrival) was the perfect size for 2 adults our toddler. 8 pools to choose from, 2 being small kids pools. However, the pool we stayed by the most had multiple depths and was heated so was ideal. A few steps away was the bar, an ice cream stand, and pool table, with plenty of sun loungers. They have a pillow menu as part of the all inclusive package as well. ✈️Only 10 mins from airport. 🍽️Lots of options for breakfast, lunch and dinner (all buffet). We felt like we could relax whilst enjoying our meals as the buffet was a great option for our 2 year old. Everyday between 12 and 5 the snack bar was open that served hot food, sandwiches and ice cream. They have 2 A la carte restaurants as well. 🏓Kids club is ideal for 4-12 year olds, however, our 2 year old LOVED it as well. It’s free for all ages but under 4’s need to have an adult with them. We also thought the 9pm kids disco sounded late, but after adjusting to the Spanish lifestyle on day 1, our day shifted by 2-3 hours and it was perfect before watching the evening entertainment or playing table tennis. Marine from kids club was astoundingly amazing with the kids and so much fun. 🧞‍♂️🐳Bahia principe fantatsia is very close and amazing for small kids. 💦Siam Park - 20 min drive away, better for 5+ years. 🐬Loro Parque - 1hr 15 min drive away, longer drive but amazing experience and a great family day out.

Before booking this hotel we read the reviews which were largely positive. Opinions are obviously based on past experiences and I think we’ve probably been spoilt in the past. If you are accustomed to five star luxury then this probably isn’t the hotel for you. We were disappointed with the lack of food options and the quality. The buffet restaurant was repetitive and a bit bland. This is the only all inclusive hotel I have ever visited where at least one visit to the al a carte restaurants was not included as part of the AI option. Having said that we visited both of the al a carte restaurants and found the food was good and very reasonable in price. If you have paid for AI you receive a 25% discount which got us 3 courses, water and a bottle of wine for around €90. We also found some lovely restaurants about a 10 minute walk away which again were reasonably priced and the food was much better. There was also nothing in the mini bar, just a lonely carton of water which was replenished once we had finished it. There are multiple pools which made finding a sun lounger easy however I would recommended claiming a bed early as some guests struggled later in the day. The night time entertainment was pretty dire, we opted to spend evenings in the lobby bar which had a pleasant vibe and live music. There is a vast calendar of daytime activities which had a good variety of options for all ages, although I did not partake in any. The room in large was ok but lacked attention to detail. The tap and waste were rusty and the woodwork tired and required a touch up. All easily rectified but would have made the world of difference to the appeal of the room. The staff were all pleasant and accommodating. Service was good at the restaurants and the bar. upon arrival the reception staff were also friendly and helpful. An okay stay but I won’t be planning to return.
