We went for 9 nights, all inclusive. Booked fairly last minute, then read the reviews and feared the worst. We had a really good time. The food was great, different every meal. I hadn’t been all inclusive before. We were on 3 courses, 3 times a day! Tiny glasses and 2 x paper cups at a time at the bar was annoying. And they could have done with more staff as queuing at the bar was bad, or give bigger cups out! They are liberal with the house drinks. I had two Pernods and couldn’t walk!!The pool was lovely, Sun loungers always full. Nice quiet grounds, except for the parakeets flying over (lovely). Entertainment average, but the guy compere made a good effort. Our room (461) was a one bed apartment in good shape for a 3 star (they seem to be refurbing). Maids friendly. Bar and restaurant staff friendly. Can’t complain. Bedsheets changed, sweetie on pillow! Safe quite cheap at 15 euro for a week. Just residential area but bus to Los Christianos 1.5 euros. I don’t know what some people expect for 3 star. 9/10 and that’s only because of the small cups and bar queue.

Went mid Oct for a week break with a pal, all inclusive £385!!! Flights, the lot… would I bring my wife and kids here? Probably not, but it’s clean (room cleaned daily) the food is good and the drinks are plentiful, who cares if it’s in a paper cup.. the pool is great to cool off, yes the loungers should be replaced. A lot of the comments ring true, but honestly, it’s not that bad. Some make it sound like the Midnight Express!! My takeaway from this trip is you pay cheap, you get cheap, some of the other holidaymakers are an acquired taste, but if you want better, book 5* at Sandles. Stop moaning it’s fine for a week in the fantastic sun…

Staff are really good. Pool a very decent size Lots of loungers for this. Great animation team Big restaurant. WiFi decent but we got it free as booked direct with hotel but you have to pay for it. Rooms need to be renewed as looking old and frail. Food option not bad but chips always there if your fussy Desserts are wonderful Tables do not get cleaned quick enough so it was easier to move you used plates whilst getting more food Tv there but you have to pay for the remote which is refunded. Only 1 key given on checking in but a 2nd key is payable and reimbursed on check out.
