Just back from a week here and we'd have happily stayed another week. From check in down to the entertainment- everything was amazing. Check in was quick and easy- we had requested a microwave for baby bottles but wasn't in the room when we arrived- all it took was a quick trip to reception and they had a microwave down to us within minutes. We had booked room 185 and WHEN we go again we'll book the same room. The living area was big and the air conditioning there was perfect. The bedroom was a good size too and the fan in there also did its job. The main pool is huge so there was was loads of space. The activities every day were so much fun for the kids (and adults). We were a little apprehensive about the food but we were more than impressed. Every meal time had so much selection and lots of it too- chefs always topping up dishes. The staff here were the absolute best with a special mention to Ali (Alejandro). He was so friendly and made such an effort with our 10 month old- even did some dancing for him which was great entertainment for the baby. We will absolutely return to The Tagoro and we can't wait.

“Fab holiday”

Love Tagoro, this is our 7th stay and have booked again for next year, the staff are all amazing especially Andre /Animation team who has made us laugh every day and been brilliant along with Stefano and Roberto we look forward to seeing you all next year,

Absolutly fabulous hotel would 100% recommend nothing was to much trouble food was great and could'nt fault the roon we stayed in.We will be back for sure.

On arrival we were met with Tatiana from Reception, she was very welcoming and cheery, allowed us an early check in 😁 Reception were very helpful in general and booked the taxi for us, which always arrived very quickly. A taxi into the centre was less than 5 euros and less than 10 euros to siam park and mall. The hotel and surroundings were immaculate, the staff were clearly working hard keeping everything clean;rooms, restaurants, poolside etc. 5 star for cleanliness. There were always sunbeds available somewhere. Unless your early, you won't find many poolside. As the week went on, we noticed a lot of people were putting towels down around the pool area. The hotel left notes about this on the towels to try rectify this. People ignored this and are clearly ignorant and don't care, which was ashame. The air con/ fan in main bedroom were fantastic and the balcony was lovely. Good shower and comfortable beds. The all inclusive was mostly good, variety and something for everyone. Although my teenager daughter is extremely fussy. However, my son enjoyed it. The dorada beer was decent and the mojitos lovely (some made better than others). Only a couple of negatives about the AI:- The wine was awful, wouldn't drink it! The pizza in the restaurant were very dry, with little tomato base or cheese...can be made so much better, with little effort. No fresh milk for cereal etc. Snack bar at poolside served chips, burger, hot dogs, chicken nuggets daily. The pool was great, activities most days and entertainment was varied. Something we didn't always attend. The singer Amara was excellent! Looks great for keeping young kids entertained. Overall we had a great time. Although the hotel wasn't central, most places were a short trip away, including monkey park and Puerto Colon. We would love to return, when visiting Costa Adeje again.
