“Amazing holiday - Staff 5******”
We had the BEST time at Regency. The pool was heated so wasn’t too cold in Feb. The food in the restaurant we ate a couple of times there and was delicious. We walked into Adeje most evenings (you will need to taxi back up as v steep but cheap and lots of taxis!) The best bit was the staff, our two… more
We had the BEST time at Regency. The pool was heated so wasn’t too cold in Feb. The food in the restaurant we ate a couple of times there and was delicious. We walked into Adeje most evenings (you will need to taxi back up as v steep but cheap and lots of taxis!) The best bit was the staff, our two year old was spoilt by them and they were so lovely to her everyday and really made us feel welcome. We really enjoyed our stay, I would highly recommend a stay!

“Brilliant holiday”

Just back from 4 weeks at this apartment hotel recommended by our travel agent and really enjoyed our stay. Accommodation and amenities were ideal for a couple in our 70ies. We had a first floor apartment with everything you could need…all in excellent condition…..a hob and oven, microwave, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster etc. the staff were helpful and friendly, towels and bedding changed regularly with housekeeping 5 days a week. The terrace was spacious with equipment to dry clothes and a laundry, bakery and shop on site. Ignore complaints about the hill. It was an easy walk down and a taxi back only cost 5 euros . The pool was heated and we swam in it……in January. The entertainment staff provided things to do from morning till evening and the restaurant menu and service superb. Reception staff were always cheerful and ready to help answer any questions . We came back on Friday the 7 th February and booked to go again next year on the 13th….that how much we enjoyed it.

“Fabulous Regency Torviscas Apartments”

As soon as we arrived we were greeted by the lovely lady at reception. I forgot to get her name but you can tell she’s the boss! So welcoming, helpful and informative. I also saw her welcoming other guests this way. She directed us to our apartment and we were pleasantly surprised, massive space and lovely room. Slid the doors open and boom, the pool is right in front of you! Clean, attractive and all enhanced by the sunshine we had every day. We were very lucky! We dined at the restaurant twice and the food was delicious and great value for money. Again the welcoming service from the team and entertainment staff was excellent. We got a taxi up the hill each night for 5 euros. Nice to be out of the way of all of the racket and yet only a 10 minute walk down the hill to the beach front! I’m not going to try too hard to find a negative as there was none, unless you want me to mention there was a chip on the side of a table or some garbage like that!! Get a life and stop nit picking the inconsequential nonsense some people seek to find!! Get this hotel booked up now. We went 22-29 January 2025 for just over £800 for a week, room only. Absolute bargain!! There is also a little shop with a very entertaining shop assistant who likes to sing along to his rock music!! He’s very likeable! I’m definitely going back. Thanks again to the amazing reception lady and her team!!

Located on a hill top, so steep walk back from town and beach. However, if you like to exercise, the walk back is very manageable! If not, there are plenty of electric scooters and taxis available. Pool area was clean and heated, with plenty of sunbeds, and with a lifeguard overseeing. Bar staff were very friendly and welcoming. Bar menu priced very reasonably too
