Please do not trust the bad reviews. For this being considered a three star accommodation, it was perfect and had all a family would need when staying abroad. The staff were exceptional, one member in particular ‘Juan Jesus’ went above and beyond for myself, daughter and whoever he interacted with throughout our stay. He always made my daughter laugh, and paid attention to us anytime we entered the dining hall and met throughout the hotel. The children’s entertainment programme was fantastic, and those who ran it were perfect for the job. Adult entertainment was great too, there was a different act each night. The only downside of both is that both could have stayed on longer because it was that good! The rooms were spacious, had all you needed and were cleaned daily, however no house keeping is conducted on Thursdays and Sundays (as specifies in the information sheet they give on arrival). Should have needed cleaning on those days, I’m sure it would have been accommodated. The pools were a perfect size for both adults and kids, with more than enough sun-beds (so no scurrying to try get one every morning). The cocktails were freshly made, and included in the all-inclusive deal, however you must pay for drinks after 11pm. There are three bars, one of which is open all day until 1800 and the other two open around that time. As a vegetarian, I did not find the food great but for those who aren’t, there was a wide selection daily. However, I did find the food quite repetitive but all completely edible - there is something for everyone. As mentioned in previous reviews about the drinks, they did not claim that the drinks are branded and it clearly states that they are merely ‘cola, lime, orange’ lemonade etc. The hotel is up a steep-ish hill, but the perfect location which is close to nightlife but far enough to not be distracted by the loudness. Hire a mobility scooter, charge in the hotel should you find the distance challenging! There is a photographer in the hotel everyday, and offers to take pictures. There’s also two trip advisors in the hotel, and a different sales person everyday whether they’re selling bags or other personalised gifts. For those who are cat lovers, there is a resident tuxedo cat named, Luna! Should you have the pleasure to meet her, give her a pet. All of the staff were loving toward her, it’s very nice to see. As said previously, please don’t trust the bad reviews, the hotel has all you need. Enjoy your stay!

Just back from the most amazing 2 week holiday in this hotel. This is the 5th time we have stayed here and think it’s important to share our experience as this is such a good hotel that can sometimes receive negative feedback but like I say we’ve been going back for 5 years now. The rooms are big and spacious and always fresh and clean. The facilities around the hotel are always clean and the staff are amazing and can’t do enough for you full of energy and always have a smile on their face. There is plenty of choice when it comes to food and something for everyone, there is plenty of choice for drinks too. The hotel is located very central to everything however is not too close so it is nice and quiet on an evening. We have stayed in other hotels around Tenerife however when we book our holidays now this hotel will always be our first choice. Hope this helps anyone looking to book with this hotel or who our booked up already staying for the first time☺️☺️

We are currently nearing the end of the first week of our three week holiday. Yes, the rooms may be dated but a couple of niggles we had have been rectified immediately. The food caters for all tastes and is well prepared and plentiful. We NEVER put towels on sunbeds we are not immediately using but have managed to find two every afternoon around one of the three pools. Bus stops immediately outside hotel.
