Just spent 10 nights here some of the reviews just don’t do it justice. Yes it’s in need of some tlc in places but it was clean , comfy beds sheets towels changed regularly . Just spent 10 nights here some of the reviews just don’t do it justice. Yes it’s in need of some tlc in places but it was clean , comfy beds sheets towels changed regularly . Super pool area , we were self catering so can’t comment on food ! 10 min walk to sea front , gift shops , restaurant’s etc . 5mins walk to bus stops good service . The staff were brilliant friendly and helpful . Reception , life Guards, cleaners-pool side bar staff all had a smile for you . Would recommend this for couples !

We stayed at Paradero 1 which is part of the complex. We were a little apprehensive having read some of the reviews, but we were pleasantly surprised. Check in was a breeze and we had friendly welcome. The room itself was large with a nice big balcony. Kitchen area was well equipped with kettle, toaster, pots and pans and the bathroom had shower gel and shampoo. The rooms were cleaned regularly and the beds were comfy. We felt very safe as all the outside gates are fob access. The location is great, 5 minute walk to the beach and main area. 1 minute walk to the supermarket and a nice little bar opposite. The pool area is great with plenty of comfy loungers. WiFi is free and brilliant throughout. We had a brilliant stay and would return. Don't expect 5 star, but for the price paid you really cannot grumble.

I was apprehensive about staying here after reading the reviews. However, I was pleasantly surprised by a friendly welcome and easy check in. Travelling alone with my two children I was concerned about some of the reviews regarding items being stolen from rooms. I was given a card key that was required even to get on the floor to my apartment which made me feel very safe and secure. The apartment was basic and dated, however it was very spacious and clean with a fabulous view. It was in a perfect location and there was only one night during the week that I could hear the music from the lively strip of bars down the road. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a lovely stay.

“Too many steps and outdated apartment”

Complex divided by fences and gates , lots of steps no lift . We were given a very very basic studio up stairs . it was not in the main reception area . Complex divided by fences and gates , lots of steps no lift . We were given a very very basic studio up stairs . it was not in the main reception area . On arrival was given a map n told to go out, walk up hill to the corner by a shop turn right and go down to a gate, a key card to open gate. Roughly made steep ramp then dragged cases up stairs to an old wooden door which was cracked. Room very tired , cracked tiles , old kitchen cabinets , stained bath , sink , really needs updating . The last couple of days there was lots of small ants on top of the fridge . Gap between work top and sink meant crumbs went in between and not ideal . Large patio doors with dodgy lock , plaster coming away near lock on wall . On a positive note the room was clean and regular cleaning etc took place . Large wardrobes with mirrors , large balcony over looking the second pool . We got a good deal off easy jet so made the most of the holiday , the breakfast for 8 euro in the hotel was good plenty of choice and was buffet style . We noticed other apartments a lot nicer than ours ? There are a lot of steps down to the pool and to access the main area and pool you have to go down more steps up a path to a gate at the top of more steps. Any one with mobility issues would struggle due to the amount of steps . Would I stay again probably not .
