A week in the sun in February, This for us is ideal, not too expensive, great apartments, good size, clean, and a decent kitchen area. Bar food available which is cheap and good. Beer not too expensive, pool size good lots of sunbeds. Staff great and music around the pool bar to suit all ages. Only slight drawback it's at the top of town, makes the views from the balcony spectacular. Easy walk downhill, taxi return. Booking again for next year. Thank you.

“Great value and gorgeous food.”

Service was perfect. Food was delicious and excellent value for money. I can honestly say it was one of the best meals we had in Tenerife. Traditional tapas food which was perfectly cooked. We didn’t need to book either which made it easy and convenient.

Some people say you get what you paid for , i disagree. I paid same amount of money for 4*hotel with super breakfast in prime location in Dubai! Neptuno is so outdated, its not clean. Literally spiderwebs all over the place.Sofa bed i thought gonna break down second you sit on it! It was stained. B… more

Some people say you get what you paid for , i disagree. I paid same amount of money for 4*hotel with super breakfast in prime location in Dubai! Neptuno is so outdated, its not clean. Literally spiderwebs all over the place.Sofa bed i thought gonna break down second you sit on it! It was stained. Beds are so warn out that i was afraid to move at night. No sound proof. Wifi is not existent, don’t even know why they advertise it, only place we could get it working its by the pool. I definitely would not stay there again or recommend it to anyone. Im not even talking luxury, im talking basics, clean and at least have wifi. Staff are lovely tho

The pillows are the flat, bed is super hard, apartment is dated, it is spacious and clean though. Supermarket, across the road. While hotel is further away than anticipated, (other side if motorway) it's not difficult to navigate around, would recommend if you are looking for something quiet and basic, staff are very helpful and friendly, good pool bar music, nothing loud, it's popular music. Plenty of sunbeds, lovely little heated pool available.
