My dear and I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in June this year. An unforgettable experience. It would be unfair not to leave a few words of gratitude on the "public walls". First: arrival at the lobby of this hotel: is this for real? Or is it just one big picture? It is too crazy, too breathtaking for one to understand, and it is too vast to be just a picture. VIEW! All the way heaven!!! And when Ernesto takes us through all the corridors and elevators to our room, we feel at home. The man has warmth in his heart. And then: from the terrace of our bedroom, the view, in private peace, only seems more graceful! I would say to those of you who find that meaningful, it is certainly the best choice in the Adeje coast. The hotel is elevated and has gardens: tranquillity and a view open to the wide open spaces to give your soul a rest. The staff who pampered us during this time had one broad Spanish heart: Angelica, was happy to see us every day at breakfast. A real sympatric angel. And the food in the restaurant: it takes your soul away. We both love food. I don't even know where to start because you get lost among all the plates on offer, the fresh colours, the stunning flavours. It's really overwhelming. For every taste! And everything was so good. Fresh tomato juice and waffles, like riding on a cloud. Spanish specialities: mojo, goat cheese, papas arrugadas mmmmm, they went perfectly with the fish - prepared in a different way every day. We also tried the gofio. All the chefs are at your disposal, part of the dining area and happy to listen to what you have to say. Yeray sparkled as he lift up the covers, suggested me the choice od the evening: specialities, the paellas... the wonderful dishes. Of course, it struck me, it's all so good because it's all prepared by terrific, temperamental Spanish chefs with a love of food and the work they do. I felt that from all the staff in this hotel... including the cleaner who left me a corner of one of the terraces uncleaned in the morning, although it was her job to clean up sure, but she understood that I wanted peace and she would come back to clean up later. I felt like I was back in my home, among my family, with these people who work there. And to feel something like that in such a huge complex, serving a large number of guests, is a special preciousness. Thank you to all of you who have taken such good care of us during this time. Thank you to my dear friend, for his great love, for giving me the chance to experience all this in this lifetime. I wish you all that the work you give to your guests enriches you personally as well.

“A perfect holiday to celebrate a special birthday!”

We stayed here for 7 nights, mid-November 2024. We were only B&B so can't comment on All Inclusive and we didn’t upgrade to The Level. We did eat in the restaurant on our first night because we arrived later, were hungry and it was convenient. It was a bit pricey but very nice food, plenty of choice. Breakfast was lovely every morning, again plenty of choice. I even managed to have a glass of Prosecco which was readily available each morning – never done that before! Breakfast was quite busy each morning, but I think the staff did really well keeping items topped up. Our room was great, very spacious, a Junior Suite, plenty big enough for us. Very clean, serviced every day. The layout of the hotel seemed strange at first, but we got used to it. It’s built into the hillside, so lots of steps even in the hotel complex. Our room was on Level 4, Reception/Restaurant/Bars were on Level 5 and the main swimming pool was down on Level -1. Lifts available though once we worked it all out. Lovely pool, didn’t struggle to get sun loungers. I loved the entertainment! Daytime activities if you wanted – aqua fit, aqua jumping, aqua running in the pool; yoga, Pilates, stretching exercises and even some dance workouts if that’s your thing; some craft sessions as well. Two musical sessions each evening. We only got back in time for the second sessions after our meal, but different acts each night – and by 9:45pm we were up dancing to them every night, and the (small) dance floor was full – fantastic! The staff throughout the week were great, so pleasant, friendly and helpful – they all worked really hard to provide the best experience! A general observation. The location of the hotel was very good, near Playa del Duque, about 30 mins drive from the airport, at the other end of Costa Adeje, nice quiet area, away from the main centre. The hotel is built into the mountainside so it's a steep incline up from the main road, about a 15-20 mins walk down to the main bars and restaurants. Restaurants we went to and enjoyed were The Moon, El Gran Sol, La Farola del Mar, Spanglish, Bombay Babu and Marietta. Bear in mind the walk to the main area is DOWNHILL, and it's a very, very steep walk back UP. We used to walk to the Plaza del Duque shopping precinct and get a taxi up to the hotel, only about 4 EURs - worth it! All in all, a brilliant week away to celebrate a special milestone birthday. Never been to Tenerife/Costa Adeje before, definitely going back at this time of year, weather was still very warm, 25-26 degs daily, perfect! We were spoilt by this hotel though, which was more expensive than we would normally pay, but I’m sure we’ll find some other accommodation at a more affordable price for next time.

“Random service”

Back from two weeks at Jardines. Been here maybe ten times and been happy. But not any more. We booked junior suite with b & b. There is a new management and a lot of changes , some good, some not. We are platinum members and entitled to level services. We did like the level breakfast, it is better… more

Back from two weeks at Jardines. Been here maybe ten times and been happy. But not any more. We booked junior suite with b & b. There is a new management and a lot of changes , some good, some not. We are platinum members and entitled to level services. We did like the level breakfast, it is better than earlier with a lot more options for self service. The room ´upgrade´was room 407, in the same floor/corridor with the maintenance staff and (understandable) caused some noise every now and then. Furthermore people could walk pass by our patio, so no privacy. The cleaning was very good and so was the air con. As platinum members we have always been entitled to a bottle of water as daily service. This time, not! It was really confusing when I asked about this, the guy at level reception looked surprised and said that he will sort it out. Nothing happened, so I wrote an email, got no answer. After that I wrote again stating that a simple no is OK, the silence not. Then I was told that it does not include in the service but the manager will make an exception - well one day we got a bottle and next, not - so random service! It is a pity but we feel that we won´t be coming back again. If you really cannot afford a bottle of water for platinum members, maybe you should think again . You have some wonderful members in your staff, i.e. Julian at level breakfast is extremely efficient, professional and friendly. Hope you understand to appreciate his work.
