“Fabulous five day break”
Loved the hotel although lots of steps (lift available) weather was cooler than expected - great that pool was heated. We had the Level junior suite with pool access - which was lovely although watch out for the pool man/ waiter who seems obsessed with the beds and moving them around - in fact he… more
Loved the hotel although lots of steps (lift available) weather was cooler than expected - great that pool was heated. We had the Level junior suite with pool access - which was lovely although watch out for the pool man/ waiter who seems obsessed with the beds and moving them around - in fact he was quite rude on times - lucky we and other guests saw the funny side of it. Great entertainment in the evening and the pool bar by the main pool was brilliant great team working there. We could dine in the level breakfast but we preferred the buffet breakfast. Had a good massage in the spa Gate down by the pool have access to Main Street - market down the road on a Thursday and beach about 20 mins walk - taxi reasonable if needed one back as it’s uphill

“Amazing Hotel”

From the moment I arrived I was welcomed and looked after well by the staff. There was always someone to help, but they weren't in your face. The hotel offered a calm, relaxed atmosphere. There is plenty of outdoor space so that it doesn't feel busy or crowded and always sunbeds available in all locations. Bedrooms were spacious and clean. Great exercise classes to join and easily bookable via the hotel app. There was a great choice of amazing food at the buffet and for all tastes. All in all a great week and I'll definitely be going back.

“Amazing experience”
thanks Yeray, you are the best kitchen cheff! 😊 The hotel is nice, clean, staff is friendly. Location is good, not far away from centre. I enjoyed my holidays for 100proc in this place. when i go to Tenerife, ill stay here. We had a halfboard, the food was 10/10

We have recently returned from our first stay at this lovely hotel. It is for adults only and is in an elevated location within walking distance of the best beaches, stylish shops and restaurants in the “ upmarket area “ of El Duque together with fabulous views of the sea and surrounds. The hotel provides all the facilities you would expect from a four star hotel in this area and whether full board or half board the choice of food is excellent with something for every nationality. There is a variety of good quality entertainment in the evenings to enjoy or quiet areas for nightcap should you prefer to just chill. The outstanding feature however are the staff. From the moment you arrive and are greeted at reception nothing is too much trouble. They are professional, courteous and friendly genuinely pleased to help and make a major contribution to your stay. We have already booked for next year which is a recommendation in itself !
