“Superb, attentive staff!”
We have been to this hotel quite a few times. This was the first time since its refurbishment and as guests in The Level. The hotel itself has greatly benefited from the refurb. “Paradise”
Stayed for a week with crowd of friends and we all had the most fantastic time. The staff were so helpful, friendly and welcoming, keep an eye out Isel , Angelica and Julian, could not do enough for you. Pool was fabulous, food and bars 10 out of 10. “A good ‘mostly inclusive’ hotel with great views”
Mostly inclusive…this is a good hotel however be aware that there is very limited high end restaurants and the al a carte is 50 % discounted whether you have paid for everything or not.
