Ok, so it’s not a 5* hotel and most of the guests are quite chavvy but the hotel was clean, room was basic but clean. The lady who checked us in (green hair) was friendly and helpful. The parrot show on the evening was good, it was a shame the snake show got cancelled twice and when we asked at reception, the guy wasn’t helpful at all, was quite rude. So out of the 5 nights we were there, we only had 1 night of good entertainment, which was really disappointing. The swimming pool is big and plenty of sun-loungers. We were self catering so can’t comment on the food. We did buy a pizza which was decent. The hotel is situated on a big hill, you will definitely get your steps in. The hotel has a shuttle bus that takes you to and from the beach. Lots of pubs/restaurants. Would we come back to this hotel? With how poor the night entertainment is, no we wouldn’t.

To be fair our stay here wasn't as bad as we expected. So here is an honest and fair review. Reception: Checking in was quick and simple and Steffanie on desk was really lovely and friendly, Infact all the reception staff were friendly and helpful. The only gripe about check- in is that you cannot get into your room until 4pm. So if like us you arrived at midday you have to sit around for 4 hours. You get your All inclusive wristbands as soon as you arrive so at least you can sit at pool bar and have lunch until your room is ready. Hotel: Yes its on a steep hill and the walk to your room is a mission depending on how far down the hill it is. If you have walking difficulty's defiantly give this hotel a miss. It is a bit of a challenge walking up from pool to reception! Even if you don't have a problem walking, it is very taxing on the legs getting around the hotel. We walked down to beach but we always got a taxi back up as did most of us that didn't fancy the treck back up Cardiac hill.😁 Our room was fine, one bedroom apartment with large terrace and sea view. It was clean and tidy with basic facility's. Beds were wobbly so we got maintenance to fix them and it was promptly dealt with. No cockroaches, room cleaned every 2 days. hot water was a bit hit and miss in the evening but fine in morning. To be fair we were quite happy with our room but then we didn't spend much time in it other than sleeping and getting ready. Food & Drink: Breakfast was ok, we always found something to eat and it was hot and nice especially the sausages. We did notice that there wasn't much choice if you are a vegetarian though. Lunch was good as well although repetitive as week went on. The chicken cooked fresh on the griddle was lovely. Drinks are what you expect on an all inclusive, drinkable.😁 We tried the evening meal once and it wasn't good, so we left the food and went out and then continued every night after that. But we were happy with breakfast & lunch👍The staff in the restaurant were very friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble for them. Pool: The pool is quite large but is a cold salt water one. There are plenty of sunbeds and no need to get up at silly o'clock to get one. It wasn't that busy at the hotel so maybe that helped, but those that were there usually went down at 10ish not 6am.We went down to pool at 10:30 most mornings and never had a problem getting a sunbed👍The music around pool area was that monotonous euro beat, so take your ear buds to listen to music! Only 2 drinks per person at a time at pool bar, but you expect that. Entertainment: Usual games around pool if you got asked or wanted to get involved. We can't comment on the night time entertainment as we went out every night, but on the rare occasion we got back before the bar shut we didn't bother going in as it was full of unsupervised various aged kids running around making lots of noise 😱 Staff: From reception to cleaners all staff were friendly, helpful and polite. Overall: We had a lovely time here even though we spent a lot of time away from the hotel. It's cheap and cheerful, you get what you pay for. The hotel is a bit isolated being up the hill and there is not much in close proximity other than the Aqua park which is only a short walk down hill. We spent quite a bit of our budget on taxi's. Would we stay here again? No, but only because of the location and the walking involved around the hotel and down into town & the beach.
