Stayed there during the last two weeks of December, and it was a mix of great and not-so-great experiences. Let’s start with the good stuff. The food was awesome - plenty of variety and options, so if something wasn’t to your taste, you could easily find something else. The staff were super friendly and always willing to help, which made the stay feel welcoming. Big thumbs up for the heated pool. It was a bit overcrowded at times but still perfect for unwinding, especially when the weather wasn’t great. The kids' club was also a nice touch, even though it didn’t run every day. The second room we stayed in was nice, even if a bit worn-out. However, the first one was a nightmare. It was on the right wing, which seemed to be the hub for party animals during evenings. The walls were paper-thin, so the noise carried on well into the night. If you’re looking for a quiet and relaxing stay, this could be a deal-breaker. Now for the not-so-great bits. The internet in the room? A total disaster. It was so bad I couldn’t get anything done online unless I found specific spots in the hotel where it worked better. Then there’s the constant smell of smoke - everywhere. By the pool, in the outdoor bars, next to kid-friendly zones, on the balconies - it was unavoidable and super frustrating, especially if you’re traveling with kids. Lastly, the bed was another letdown - creaky and just plain uncomfortable. Overall, the hotel has its strengths, like great food, friendly staff, and a heated pool, but the noise, internet issues, and smoking areas really dampened the experience.

The hotel looks great and has lovely modern, clean facilities. Staff are all very friendly and lovely (except one particular lady on reception who always seemed to be irritated). The hotel looks great and has lovely modern, clean facilities. Staff are all very friendly and lovely (except one particular lady on reception who always seemed to be irritated). The all-inclusive option was not good value for money though, the food is very low quality and the drinks are cheap unbranded spirits. We ate out for lunch and dinner every day. Don't waste your money and just buy bed and breakfast or room only. Champagne bar on the roof is great and spent a lot of time there PAYING for drinks. We were told on the last day that there is a different all-inc option but booking.com did not offer it nor were we told about it at check-in.

Enjoyed our stay.. although we were half board but decided to eat out after our first 2 nights of dinner buffet. Reason being the food wasn't fresh. We have a 6 year old so looked to eat early and found the hot buffet food looked like it had been out for a while and wasn't very appealing. Salads an… more

Enjoyed our stay.. although we were half board but decided to eat out after our first 2 nights of dinner buffet. Reason being the food wasn't fresh. We have a 6 year old so looked to eat early and found the hot buffet food looked like it had been out for a while and wasn't very appealing. Salads and bread were good. The elevators to our room smelled like urine which wasn't pleasant. Pool areas were good, although at times weren't very clean. I put this down to guests behaviour as opposed to the hotel. Kids club was good. Rooms and cleanliness of it was good. Bars and service were good, although more options for kids drinks would be good eg. Capri sun or similar. WiFi is poor needs upgrading. For the price I have stayed in better hotels all inclusive so expected more than the hotel offered. Not bad, but could be a lot better.
