Bad reviews putting you off? I felt the same upcoming to this holiday but don’t let it put you off. This hotel was fab - had everything you needed and more. We had a ground floor room which went straight out to the pool area - this was great while our baby napped. Never an issue getting a sunbed. I have no idea where the reviews come from that say the pool is in the shade??? It was sunny everyday from 9-6, we didn’t have to bed hop to chase the sun once. (We sat round the family side, can’t say for the adults only side) Food was your normal all inclusive, nothing out of this world but plenty of choice. Fresh stonebaked pizza’s daily which was my go to, but lots of lovely restaurants around the hotel so we did eat out a lot. Drinks were okay - poolside drinks seemed to be flat (this is my only bad point) but drinks at the bar at the night time were fine! (Maybe it’s because they are in plastic cups - but this is normal for any hotel around the pool) Rooms were very clean (coming from someone who is picky about hotel rooms) fresh bottled water daily, really modern and a nice spacious layout especially if staying with children (seperate bedroom/ living area) Staff were nice and helpful - some say in reviews that they’re rude but I think it’s just a language barrier. Also read previous reviews saying no atmosphere and music around the pool - there was music everyday, along with games and entertainment. Was a nice amount of busy, not too over crowded but a nice atmosphere. Would definitely stay again, hotel is lovely, very modern and clean. Really good location, lots of restaurants and shops, weekly markets are just round the corner, 10 mins in taxi to las americas and 15/20 min walk to Costa Adeje.

“OUR STAY AT THE LAMBRANDA SUITES”

We have just returned from a 10 night stay at this hotel and absolutely loved it. We were sceptical on arrival having read previous reviews but now that we have stayed, I honestly believe some people just like to complain and look for the bad in things. Book a 5 star hotel if you are looking for extra exceptional. We had a suite on the adults only side of the hotel ground floor pool view so we always managed to bag the sunbeds directly in front of our room - this was spotlessly clean with towels and bottled water replenished daily. The hotel charges for the use of the safe but only 26 euro for 10 nights We arrived late Morning and our room was ready The beds were comfortable and the air con great at keeping the room cool. Not sure why people are saying that the adult only side was quiet there was plenty of activities every day around the pool and when not they played nice relaxing music which was nice to lay and chill on the sunbeds and read. Food - I am a fussy eater but even I am surprised at the bad reviews about the food. There is a wide selection of food and something for everyone. Most days I opted for the pizza (which is great pizza). And my partner had bits of everything which he enjoyed. I think buffet style food anywhere you go is a hit or a miss and I’m unsure what standards people are expecting from food cooked in bulk and left to remain warm under hot plates. We always found something decent to eat when we ate here as we were all inclusive and chose to eat out some nights which we do on any holiday we go on. The rooftop sunset bar was lovely you had to pay for drinks but you get a discount if staying all inclusive the cocktails were to die for and the husband was drinking the bottled SOL which he said was nice and cold and refreshing we visited here most nights sometimes before dinner or after to watch the sunset always had music playing although a bit loud if you sat in front of the speakers. It was my birthday whilst we were there which we did not mention to the hotel. On arriving back to our room from the pool that evening, it was a lovely surprise to find some wine and cake left with birthday wishes. On going to reception to say thanks we asked how they knew and they said they noticed when checking our passports when checking in. This was a really nice touch so thanks again.

We have just returned from a weeks stay at this hotel and absolutely loved it. We were sceptical on arrival having read previous reviews but now that we have stayed, I honestly believe some people just like to complain and look for the bad in things. Book a 5 star hotel if you are looking for extra exceptional. We had a suite on the adults only side of the hotel - this was spotlessly clean with towels and bottled water replenished daily. The hotel charges for the use of the safe but we didn’t bother with this and our things were safe left within the room. We arrived late on our first night and retired straight to the room. The noise coming from the rooftop bar blaring through the room was excessive however only lasts until 11pm and we were out beyond this time every other night so it didn’t impact on us. If you are someone who likes to go to bed early then this would be less than ideal but had no impact on our stay. The beds were comfortable and the air con great at keeping the room cool. We spent our days by the family pool after reading reviews about the adults only pool having no atmosphere. We thought that the animation team were brilliant with the kids, enjoyed the music around the pool and watching all the activities going on such as water polo, water carpet etc. However, from our balcony in our room we could hear music from the adults pool and could see water aerobics and things going on contrary to what other reviews say - but can’t really comment as we didn’t spend any time there. We found most of the staff to be super friendly and helpful. Fabio checked us in on arrival and was very chatty and funny and was trying to copy our Scottish accents and speaking to us about Scottish actors which we enjoyed. He also checked us out as well and arranged for us to have a half hour slot in one of the rooms to have a shower before our late night flight. The rest of our interactions with staff were minimal being within the restaurant or at the bars. It was my birthday whilst we were there which we did not mention to the hotel. On arriving back to our room from the pool that evening, it was a lovely surprise to find some wine and cake left with birthday wishes. On going to reception to say thanks we asked how they knew and they said they noticed when checking our passports when checking in. This was a really nice touch so thanks again. You can book your excursions within the hotel which we used to book Siam Park. They gave us directions to the bus stop for the free shuttle bus. Overall, we loved our stay here and wouldn’t hesitate to return!

We have recently spent a week at Labranda Suites and after reading some bad reviews leading upto our holiday we were a bit worried we had made the wrong choice! We needn't have worried, we found the hotel to be great. Firstly we were greeted by the funny cheeky chap Fabio on reception who checked us in efficiently and quickly so we could get down to the restaurant before it closed for the evening to grab a bite to eat. Fabio also engaged with us throughout our stay when he was on duty with a friendly hello and smile. All staff appeared polite. Our room was great with a pool view on 4th floor, loads of space with a separate living lounge, very clean and our room was cleaned every day with fresh towels by friendly cleaning staff. We did half board...the food wasn't fantastic but by no means terrible as some other reviews had stated. We only had breakfast and a couple of meals in the evening, we mainly found the food not very warm on the evening meals and because we didn't go down until about 8ish by then the food didn't look so appealing, we mainly eat out as there are so many lovely restaurants to choose from around the resort. We spent most of our days on the adults only roof top, with great comfy sunbeds and lovely views, also spent a couple of days around the family poolside, busier but still had no problem getting a sunbed and plenty of sunshine throughout the day. We had a couple of cocktails on the roof top bar in the evening before dinner, which were great and fantastic views with glorious sunsets. The hotel is in a great location, just a few minutes walk to the seafront with a great choice of bars and restaurants. Overall a great relaxing holiday.
