Pretty complex Perfect location Staff v good Pools lovely Everywhere very clean We didn’t use the all inclusive knew it wouldn’t be to our taste but all looked fine, to the 3 star rating Beer fine but wine undrinkable needs addressing even for a 3 star they could do better, change suppliers. We had taken a few utensils for our suite so ate out and self catered in day time. Supermarkets very close. Plenty of sunbeds Best to get to Fanabe beach early as not a great deal of sunbeds. Colonial bar great life music and lots of restaurants very reasonable. Buses very cheap and regular to other parts of island. Cleaners great, every other day which was fine. We were in E214, 3 kittens and a mum in hedge by us, I think staff were looking after them, very cute, we gave them cat food. A lot are newted which is good the island looks after them. We had a lovely week, some apartments are privately owned and hotel constantly upgrading their properties

“You get what you pay for”

The pictures make the place look brighter and more colourful than it is. It also makes the pool area look, way bigger than it actually is. Some of the clientele were the cast of Benidorm. The pictures make the place look brighter and more colourful than it is. It also makes the pool area look, way bigger than it actually is. Some of the clientele were the cast of Benidorm. AI drinks are limited and only last until 10:30pm. The entertainment was dire!! That's as bad as it gets. A warm welcome was received. The rooms were spacious with a balcony and if you have a top suite you also have a private two bed sun roof. The food is straight forward week day food. Croissants, doughnuts, salad, cheese, Spanish bacon, sausage, beans, scrambled eggs, fried eggs and omelette for breakfast. Salad, chips, pork, chicken, fish, pasta, paella, pizza, bread and some special themed meals. Standard AI fair. Breakfast, snacks, lunch, snacks and a dinner are provided. The pools( 3 of them, 2 quiet, 1 for music and activities) were fresh, a bit shady as the sun moves round. The loungers are claimed before 9 am (shame) and a lot were never used for more than half an hour. The AI drinks are self serve out of taps with plastic cups. Beer, wine and sangria. The bar for the evening provide some spirits in glasses in the evening. Cocktails are not AI. All in all a great base, we used it for breakfast, pool. Then went out to the beach and bars. Then the evening we ate alternately either at the hotel or a posh nosh out and about. It seems the place was taken over and they are trying to turn things around, which they are doing slowly. We had a great stay but we have travelled on budgets before and we got what we expected.
