This is our third stay at Ls Dalias and it never disappoints. As expected it was very busy with many families arriving throughout our stay for Christmas. All the staff need a mention for their hard work in making this hotel such a success. From the moment you check in until the moment you leave they always see to your every need with a genuine smile. Everyone is "all inclusive" and the variety of food and drink is excellent. The entertainment is more family based on the outside stage by the pool and upstairs by the other bar there is a singer on every night from 9 until 11. The bar stays open until midnight with hardly any queues. Tenerife is a wonderful destination especially in the British winter months. Warm weather and a warm welcome at "Las Dalia's" we'll surely be back!!!

Just returned from this amazing hotel we flew out on Christmas eve stayed for 9 nights The whole team can't do enough for you check in was a breeze Christmas alittle strange waking up in the sun but loved it The entertainment team work tirelessly, amazing made our stay so much better The bar staff can't do enough for you especially SIDI NYE well what can I say it was spectacular everyone behind the scenes worked so hard to make it for all the guests The gala dinner was amazing From lobster oysters to crab caviar besides everything else on offer Just a short stroll outside there is shops bars restaurants on your doorstep We will definitely return without a doubt Thankyou las dalias for a great stay.

We have stayed at the hotel on numerous occasions and the one outstanding reasons why we return are the staff. Every department works so hard so names are too many to individually mention. The rooms are dated but beds are very comfortable, one thing missing is tea/coffee making facilities (although a kettle can be hired for a refundable fee of 10 €). Entertainment is, on the whole, good and there is a choice of inside or outside venues. Food on the whole can become a little samey after 2weeks and there was a lot of pork and chicken, no beef and only lamb on the grill but no apple sauce for the pork! We had a problem with the recycling station by the steps, this, we feel, is not suitable as food was left on the top and not disposed of correctly, which in turn, resulted in pigeons foraging on the plates, This we feel was not good hygiene practice. When we reported the situation is was cleared but long term we feel there must be another solution. Previously food was not allowed on the terrace, only to be eaten on the tables provided. Christmas was very busy but Christmas morning was a non starter, not a site of any entertainment🤩 things did gear up in the afternoon for the children. Christmas gala dinner was so much better this year, tables set with red and white which looked very festive. Sea food selection was amazing and there was also turkey for meat eaters. We have booked again for November but not quite sure about Christmas as it was so busy with children.

Stayed for a week over the new year and had a great time being based at this hotel. Although we were all inclusive, we do like to go out and about as well. The hotel is very well situated for easy access around Costa Adeje and Playa Las Americas. The hotel facilities themselves are excellent, modern and well maintained. The rooms, however, are very dated and, in some cases, poor repair. The staff are excellent and plentiful, so the service was top notch. Big shout out for the entertainment team. Best I have seen for kids and especially the adult entertainment. They were generally much better than the visiting professional live entertainment, which was decent enough itself. The all inclusive is well worth it but overall the food was good but repetitive and the breakfasts average at best. The Gala dinner on hogmanay was impressive though, as was the after party. Taking it all into account, we would definitely go back.
