We have just arrived home following absolutely fabulous holiday at Las Dalias. We checked in on Wednesday 28th and were greeted by friendly receptionists who offered a welcome drink. The hotel staff are all so friendly, particularly Diego who is always up for a chat. The hotel is exceptionally clean through the public areas, guest rooms and pool area. We enjoyed the different themes for dinner each night and there was always a lot of variety. The breakfast had lots of options available including omelettes made to order and a wide range of continental and hot food options. The entertainment team were fantastic from morning to night, we particularly enjoyed the end of summer party. The bar staff at the pool bar are very friendly and funny! We went to Siam park one of the days of our stay and were able to walk to the park in 15 minutes. We would definitely visit this hotel again. Thank you to all the team at Las Dalias!

Hotel spotless. Constant staff brushing, wiping, cleaning. Very polite and helpful. Restaurant very clean. Similar foods, but very well presented. Certain ‘special delicacy’ nights. We recently enjoyed a six-night stay at a charming hotel that truly exceeded our expectations in many ways. Let's dive into the details! **Room & Cleanliness:** Upon arrival, our room was well-prepared, however the room decor was somewhat basic, but there was a noticeable freshness to it—likely due to recent renovations and the smell of fresh paint, it added a welcoming touch. The overall cleanliness of the hotel was commendable, with the staff consistently maintaining a tidy environment. **Pool & Amenities:** The pools were a highlight of our stay. They were beautifully maintained, offering a refreshing escape, whether for a morning swim or a relaxing afternoon soak. There are also a lot of sunbeds available, so there’s no rush having to reserve one Early hours in the morning, unless you want the front row to the pool. **Dining Experience:** When it comes to dining, the experience was mixed but generally positive. Breakfast could definitely use some improvement, as it lacked variety and flavor. Lunch was decent and served us well, but the standout meals came during themed dinner nights, where creativity shone through, and we thoroughly enjoyed the offerings. **Staff & Service:** One of the best aspects of our stay was the lovely staff. Every member we encountered was welcoming and eager to assist, truly enhancing our experience at the hotel. **Entertainment:** The entertainment provided was absolutely amazing—the perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring. There were various activities and performances that kept guests engaged and entertained throughout our stay. **Location:** The hotel's location is another major plus, being conveniently situated close to shops, restaurants, and local attractions, making it easy for us to explore the area. **Drinks:** As part of the all-inclusive package, the drinks did not disappoint. The bartenders were generous with their pours, and while some drinks leaned towards being a bit too strong, it was a welcome surprise for an all-inclusive experience. **Overall Impression:** In summary, our stay was enjoyable and memorable. With lovely staff, delightful entertainment, and a great location, this hotel is worth considering. If they could elevate the breakfast offerings, it would truly elevate the overall experience. We left with fond memories and a desire to return!

We booked this hotel after a lot of research . It was described as a family focused hotel with pool entertainment, but also an adult only section and close to local amenities, and all the reviews seemed excellent. CHECK IN This was really easy. We were greeted with a welcome drink while being checked in. The safe was 3 euros per day , and we hired a kettle for a 10 euro refundable deposit, as there are no facilities to make a drink in the rooms. ROOM We had a basic double room that was adequate for 2 people. The balcony faced a busy road and shopping centre, with the sea in the background. As it turned out, this was, surprisingly, the quiet side. Plenty of storage available, a shower in the bathroom, and most important, it was clean. The beds were comfy, though the pillows were not brilliant. However, they are all on a landing that is open, that is to say, you can see the floors below , and above. So any noise echoes, and if you're a light sleeper and prefer to be in bed before midnight, good luck. FOOD/DRINK There is a main restaurant that has themed nights on a weekly basis, also a snack bar around the pool for burgers, chips, etc. You could always find something to eat , but on the whole, it was very repetitive. Breakfast was the best meal of the day. Drinks are premium spirits and are served in copious amounts. We observed one member order both a white and rose wine by the bottle. SUNBEDS/POOL Plenty of sunbeds available, and if you're not fussy, where to sit you should find one. But if you like a spot, then it's early doors, and they are put quite close together. Front row pool side are taken early doors. There is no shallow end! It's 1.5 metres all over. ENTERTAINMENT This is what this hotel is all about! There is something to watch every night. There is an outdoor stage area where shows are performed. This is poolside, hence the reason our room was quieter , and judging by the mess the cleaners had to contend with every morning, it's party night every night! STAFF Now, this is where I'd like to give 5 out of 5 for! They are amazingly hard working, from cleaners, constantly mopping, to bar staff, a mention here to Alex, in the lobby bar , and Brahim , who delivered shots from a trolley in the restaurant. Nothing was too much trouble should you make a request, and it was always delivered with a smile! LOCATION Central to the strip with loads of bars and restaurants. But not a place you'd want to walk in the dark. The shopping centre, opposite is very handy , with most types of shops . CONCLUSION So why only 3 out of 5! Because of it's party nature, it attracts a certain clientele, so it's more like a club 18-30s hotel than anything else, and not all know how to behave. Not the hotel's fault , but it's there all the same. Needless to say, we won't return.
