First time here arrived about 21.45 pm easy check in receptionist very helpful we got room1034 we upgraded to star prestige well worth doing . Room a decent size with a good balcony we have had a lot of holidays but this is best hotel we have have been too .The whole hotel was kept very clean.All the staff are very pleasant and helpful the food in the restaurant is very good and plenty of choice the selection of drink is very good with good brands only downside was the lifts which could be busy but if people could only have some patience it wouldn't be a big problem. so good we have booked to go back on the 2nd of December.

“Still the best 4 star hotel we’ve ever stayed in.”

First went here 26 years ago with the kids, last time was 2020 when we stayed half board, this time we stayed Ai. The hotel is clean and everything is well organised. 2 standouts for us is the quality and range of the food and the staff. The quality of the snack bar food was better than the last 4 start we stayed in at Benalmadena in October last year. Lots of the food is cooked in front of you in the central island. The quality of the fish was especially good, the like’s sea bass was excellent, real restaurant quality. To name a few others then; belly pork with crackling, roast beef, whole tuna roast, oxtail from the bone and various steaks cooked to your liking, including rib-eye. All the staff had a smile on their face, energetic, always willing to help, nothing too much of a problem. Call out for the room cleaners as there were so detailed how they refreshed the room, best ever. Bar staff always very quick, with barely no waiting times. For the hotel, then the star member of staff for us was Dory, who mainly worked in the main bar. She was so quick, always full of energy and a smile on her face. She had great interaction with all the customers, just a natural at customer service. Thanks to all.

Just back from this hotel booked via ba holidays , went as a family holiday with a 6yr old and a 9month old baby , hotel is stunning so clean and immaculate staff at reception where so welcoming and friendly , we booked some hire stuff for the room for our baby and the staff at reception had ensured they where already in the room awaiting us which was a kind gesture . Kids especially the 6yr old absolutely loved the kids pools the slides (even for mum and dad ) where pretty cool and kept the kids happy (yes the baby also loved watching the slides ) WiFi is superb which makes a great change to have good streaming service. Great little games rooms for the kids to play in also . Rooms where cleaned every day spotless couldn’t fault it . We telephoned the hotel a few weeks in advance to possibly ask if we could have our rooms connected or atleast beside each other and the staff said not a problem and did this for us which was great . British airways wanted to charge us £1600 to do this !!!! Hotel is in a great location close to beach and many lovely restaurants and bars and shopping centre including Siam park/mall which is 10mins walk away . Only thing I’d say to hotel is please please add more lifts and maybe just take you to swimming pool/restaurant area ! This was a bit of a challenge when peak times having to wait for the lift as everyone going in and out of restaurant and also people going to the pool area so lifts where up and down all over the place full . Also the bar did not sell any non alcoholic drinks which was disappointing so please look into this not everyone drinks alcohol. Other than them little small faults I cannot say anything bad I loved my holiday in Adeje and iberostar hotel was brilliant so thank you and we will see you again soon hopefully . 9/10
