“Family holiday”

We are here at the moment. Having read some of the negative comments, honestly, people need to take a look at life. We have never been to tenerife, here with children and our grandson who is deaf. We are here at the moment. Having read some of the negative comments, honestly, people need to take a look at life. We have never been to tenerife, here with children and our grandson who is deaf. The way they are with him is amazing. From walking in to check in. The staff ,everyone of them,need special prase, they are amazing. New years eve, well,what an experience. The best new years eve we've had. The effort these people have gone too..... Would recommend to anyone, we will definitely come back. Thank-you all for an amazing holiday so far

This was our first time away for Christmas.I was surprised at how much time and trouble,the hotel went to,to make sure everyone had a great time.This is a very big hotel,so there were a lot of people of all ages.Couples ,groups of friends ,and families with young children.Two swimming pools, one noisy and one quiet.We chose the quiet one.Plenty of sunbeds so none of that getting up early,to put a towel down.We were all inclusive,so you could just help yourself to beer and wine,or go to the bar and get served.I can not praise the food enough,it was the best we have ever ever had.On Christmas Day I have never seen so much well displayed,and delicious food.Entertainment every night ,usually a singer.All of the staff were very nice and friendly.We enjoyed ourselves at this hotel,and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it.You can’t ask any more from a hotel.

“Nice Hotel for a Break in the Sun”

My husband and I stayed in 0824 for 4 nights 23-27 December. Check in was very efficient and the staff welcoming and friendly. We were offered a glass of Cava whilst we signed in which was a nice touch. Good sized room and bathroom with plenty of sockets in the room and toiletries in the bathroom. The bed was very comfortable and the air conditioning effective. My only complaint about the room is there were no drawers at all, not even in the bedside tables and for a 4* hotel very disappointed there was no kettle or tea/coffee making facilities although I did check this in advance so took our own travel kettle for my early morning coffee. The bathroom had plenty of good quality towels and had a large walk-in shower which was adequately powerful. For a hotel that caters mostly for all inclusive guests, the variety of hot and cold food on offer at all meal times was probably some of the best we’ve had and the dishes for dinner on Christmas Day were exceptional. The layout of the main buffet restaurant had been very well planned as there were no bottle necks or long queues for certain dishes, even at busy times. The restaurant is also extremely clean and staff are continuously sweeping or wiping away spillages. In fact the whole hotel was cleaned to a very high standard. The all inclusive drinks were not bad, the cava and beer quite nice and even the draught wines in the restaurant were palatable which is not always the case in AI hotels. Pool towels are subject to a refundable deposit of 20 Euro each and there is a charge to use the room safe but we didn't bother. One pool was heated but that got very busy and the other was freezing (I only ventured into the heated pool once). There are loads of sunbeds around both pools but still people get up early to place their towels on sunbeds which just doesn’t make sense when there are sunbeds available at any time of day. The entertainment was fine and it was nice the children’s mini disco was held in a separate entertainment room away from the main bar/entertainment area. Plenty of shops/bars/restaurants immediately outside the hotel, although as we were there only a short time we only had one lunchtime drink in a nearby bar. A nice hotel with good facilities and friendly staff.
