Just returned from 14 day holiday with family. Our third Christmas spent here This year even better, Staff are delightful, room clean and modern, facilities excellent . Pool areas clean, and never a problem getting a sun-bed and umbrella . Buffet was lovely, with a huge choice of food. We booked half board as we were seven, and at this time of the year you need to book well ahead if you’re eating outside of hotel . Christmas and New Year’s Eve dinners were spectacular, with premium champagne and a huge choice. If you like shellfish you will be stunned at the selection. Fish and meat dishes also in abundance . Entertainment was also good and we particularly like the Queen and Beatles tribute bands. If you wanted something a little more sedate, the large lounge bar has entertainers, but a little bit old fashioned .Service here is great, served by happy smiling efficient staff . Housekeeping was good - if late on some days …. Hotel is in a great position with two shopping malls in easy walking distance . Back entrance leads onto a promenade by the sea, with lots cafes and restaurants. Journey from airport by cab approx 30 mins . All in all a great holiday and we will book again next Christmas. Negatives? Difficult to call out any … . Reception area rather dark and old- fashioned ad could do with a refurb, but made up by helpful efficient staff .

“Superb second trip”

Amazing hotel. All the staff are so friendly and helpful. The Xmas day evening meal was excellent. Highly recommend. Lots of subbed. No need to get up early to reserve. Quick check in. Asked extra couple of hours in room for check out with no problem. Overall a very very nice holiday.

“Perfect young family getaway”

We visited this hotel last week for one week as a family of four (2 adults, a toddler and an 8 month old baby) and had an absolutely brilliant time! The room: We stayed in a duplex suite with side sea view and had phenomenal undisturbed views down the coast. It had two separate balconies, two bathrooms (upstairs with a whirlpool bath and shower, downstairs with just a shower), an upstairs bedroom and downstairs living space which could also be converted to a bedroom if required. There were stairs connecting the two levels, which initially concerned us with the baby cruising about and the toddler running around, luckily they were very careful. However we did notice towards the end of the trip that one of the other rooms was having stair gates installed by the maintenance team so this seems like it is something that can be provided on request? The rooms were immaculate, extremely clean and well-presented, with all expected toiletries provided and an efficient maid service. Our daughter particularly enjoyed the evening turn down service where the ‘chocolate fairy’ would come and leave her one on her pillow, and this was a good way to entice her back to the room once she was tired! Having the two balconies were also beneficial as we used one for hanging out our wet things from swimming and letting the kids run about, and then used the larger upstairs one with glass corner front to sit on an evening whilst we were all getting ready for dinner. The food: We were half board and we were pleasantly surprised on arrival that the option was offered to upgrade to all inclusive for a significantly reduced rate than if we were to have booked all inclusive online. I think at the time for the four of us it was offered at 72 euros per day. We ended up not actually taking this offer as we had plans to go out of the hotel a bit, but this would be worth knowing in advance for many people before booking, as I have also read it on other reviews! The food at breakfast and dinner was incredible, with such a wide range of foods to choose from, very well-presented, and all of the staff not just polite and helpful, but also really chatty and friendly. We have been places before where having two small children can make you feel like a bit of an inconvenient what with the noise they make and mess etc. which can make you anxious as a parent but also very conscious you need to be in and out of mealtimes ASAP. We were not made to feel like this here and the staff made us feel welcome and very willing to help with anything that we needed. Service like this goes a long way and we would like to say thank you It is worth mentioning as well this hotel is very eco-conscious and therefore does not provide disposable plastic bottles for guests. Therefore, there are amply water dispensers around the hotel, free for all guests to use (not just all inclusive). We took our own water bottles with us and filled them up, and this was very beneficial to us being only half board. The facilities for kids: This hotel only has one ‘kids pool’ with slides and a pirate ship, however for the current age of our children it was perfect. What was even more beneficial is that this pool is situated in the grounds of the kids club which is within its own card-access gated area, completely covered in astroturf instead of tiles like the rest of the pool areas. This was perfect for our baby, who army crawls everywhere and pulls himself up onto everything and then falls. We had initially been apprehensive about what to do with such a mobile baby around the pool but this area meant that we were able to put him down and let him safely crawl around, giving us a break! Our toddler also really enjoyed the kids club whilst we were in this area. There are always staff on hand helping to make crafts or running games for the kids, often whilst the parents are there, and the facilities are all very clean and well-equipped. The entertainment: The kids disco varied from being on at 4:30 in the kids club to being at 8pm in the main entertainment hall. The kids much preferred the one on later, so they could go after food and then stay for the evening show afterwards. All evening entertainment that we were able to see, baby and toddler permitting, was great and wasn’t too loud or disturbing from our room (block C). The hotel location: There is a beachfront path which is easily accessible from a private-gated area at the edge of the resort, which gives you direct access to the shops/restaurants and a beach all within a stones throw. We utilised this walkway everyday taking the kids for naps and let us investigate the local area without ever needing to venture too far. Mostly smooth and pram/wheelchair friendly access external to the hotel and easy to navigate. We would like to thank this hotel and its staff for a wonderful stay, giving us valuable family memories to back on for a lifetime

“Fantastic hotel”

Excellent hotel and service. Thank you David and all the staff for looking after us so well. Food is out of this world and everything is so clean and tidy. Plenty of entertainment, both day and evenings. Definitely would recommend to anyone wanting a nice relaxing stay.
