Here we are again, love this hotel, a big thank you to Carlos and the staff for making our stay once again a memorable visit, and Anna Rosa for her pleasant nature while sorting our room, it's a pleasure to go into the restaurant for meals, meet and greet staff always welcoming, and of course plenty on offer, plenty of places close to hand to sit, have pint and watch the world go by in the glorious weather we had, in fact we have already book for 2025.

Another great stay at this friendly hotel in a Fantastic location the staff are all very nice always smiling, we were half board the food was of a good standard and our room was kept clean by wonderful staff, hope to return here in the near future.

How anyone can fault this place is beyond me yes rooms are not mod cons but the beds are comfy and pillows the food is brilliant we had 2 air con towers in our room that was good enough our room faced the pool on the first floor 066 it was a big studio with fridge and sink microwave etc we were all inclusive so didn't need to use anything there was a bit g patio with table and chairs and a pull out washing line rack hairdryer in the bathroom it was lovely we only had 5 nights me and my sister wished we had booked for longer it is only a small walk inline to the hotel I mean a small incline straight down the hotels road across the road road straight down is a beach and you can walk to either side for other beaches there is a small area to smoke at around the pool and a life guard on duty but he missed a child that nearly drowned it took a man in the pool to save the child life guard was quick to tell children anc parents no balls in the pool though this was the only fault the hotel had all the other staff are friendly your nice to them they ate nice back unlike what some people have wrote the Irish bar is lovely you can smoke outside of the bar theres a singer on every night and its open till around 2 am so request a room with a pool view so you can sleep be careful of the scooters as they ride on the pavement they shouldn't but they do my sister nearly got knocked over so be wary whilst walking around costa adeje we loved the hotel plenty of sun loungers we separated our 2 so we weren't blocked in restaurant you were served drinks in the evening and lunch time at the pool bar lunch time always something lovely to eat like i said we had a brilliant time loved the hotel and staff very friendly carn't go wrong and free wi fi

To start off with i’d like to talk about patty. Patty was extremely hard-working and never stopped, she always came to you with a smile on her face no matter what. She was an extremely likeable person and she never gave up. Now, the rooms. The rooms weren’t bad, my family of 4 had a room with a bathroom, 2 bedrooms, kitchen, sofa bed, table and a wrap around balcony. This room was big, could see the sea but the floors were filthy. I walked around the room barefoot for around 20 minutes on the first day and my feet were black. Some of the tiles were cracked. Furniture in my opinion was very outdated. The beds were comfortable and got a good night sleep most nights. The pools. The biggest pool was freezing, you darent get into it but once you were in you warmed up a bit. The medium sized pool was warm, cold when you got in but warmed up quickly enjoyed this pool the most. The kids pool, decent size, shallow, good temperature. Although, the pool area said it opened at 9am but some days when it hit 9am they would come up to you and say 9:30 bare in mind we've been queuing for a bit now so another 30 minutes was a lot of time. Other than that the pool is what you see what you get. Lots of sunbathing areas. The restaurant. Breakfast, just an ordinary breakfast - bacon, eggs, beans, mushroom, pancakes, waffles, sausages etc. I enjoyed breakfast most mornings. The evening meal, this wasn’t great. Went out 4 nights out of a 7 night holiday. The food was just complicated, no way of matching meals. Not much variety. A lot of fish, chicken was dry, pizza was okay. Chips were okay. Not a lot to say about the evening meal. The pool bar. The food in the pool bar was alright. Could’ve done with just simple foods such as - burgers, hotdogs, toasties. The drinks. Good drinks, during dinner you were served a glass. To take round the pool it was plastic cups. Good service with the drinks. The entertainment. Wasn’t a lot but there was entertainment. Killer pool, table tennis, aqua aerobics etc. in the evening there would either be some music played or a singer. Enjoyed it. The location. A lot of bars and restaurants and quite close to the beach. Lots of shops and bars. Although there was a shop in the hotel but it never seemed to be open. Everything in walking distance. Good location. The Irish bar. Good service. Lots of seating. I’m gonna mention Patty again, she would always remember which drinks you had even though there was 8 of us. She would come out and ask if you wanted more to drink and to collect your glasses. Even when the bar staff she was working with on Wednesday was drunk. She cried when talking to us for a bit, but she carried on working on her own with a smile on her face. She tried her best to suit everyone’s needs and she did and she deserves credit for that. She was very nice and she made our stay better than ever. I only ever had a coke all night but everyone else enjoyed their baileys, vodka and coke/lemonade, beer, peach snaps, etc. a wide range of choice on the cocktails. There was another woman who worked quite hard, just didn’t see as often, although she didn’t work as hard as Patty. Not 100% sure if I’d return as I enjoy trying new hotels. The lifts were okay, took a while though. Reception, good service. Lots of sunbeds. Big bank to walk up to get to the hotel.
