Just recently come back from a great stay. All staff are very friendly and happy. We were given a ground floor room at first. But we asked if we could be given a top floor. Just recently come back from a great stay. All staff are very friendly and happy. We were given a ground floor room at first. But we asked if we could be given a top floor. Within an hour we were given a lovely high floor with great views. Thank you so much. We would have liked it if the sunbeds were available maybe an hour earlier. Lost a good hours sunbathing and with the sun in short supply that week every minute counted. The garden were lush and the lads kept working on them every day. Hope to see you all again soon.

I've stayed at the Atlantis many times and love it, but I want to tell you about the staff there. In Nov 2023 they went ridiculously out of their way for me. My Aunt was suddenly taken seriously ill, and the staff at the Atlantis couldn't have done more for me.They made sure that I was supported and kept checking on me - coming to my room to see if there was anything more they could do or if they could help me personally, let alone my Aunt. A very special shout has to go to Louis, who without him to lean on, I don't know how I would've survived. I wasn't expecting such kindness and helpfulness, I've never known staff of a hotel be that amazing. Needless to say I'm going back this year. I cannot recommend Hovima Atlantis, Costa Adele enough.

On arrival at the hotel at 10.30 in the morning met a check-in by a friendly receptionist who said our room was ready great start to the holiday stayed in room 657 with sea views which was another great tick in the box on arrival to our room first impressions the room was spotless staying in a studio the beds were very comfortable the shower had plenty of hot water and a great pressure also there is a bath the rooms is basic and in my opinion could do with a bit of a face lift kitchen was a little poor equipment wise but we ate out all the time so no major problems any problems we did have which was 1 light not working was fixed by an electrician within 20 minutes staff are friendly pool area and pools well kept pool side bar very nice and reasonably price location of hotel is what’s brought us to this area and it did not disappoint room just need a basic face lift and a little up date

Due to some confusion with our timeshare dates, we had to book one week in the area and booked a studio in Hovima Atlantis. The cost seemed on the high side for a studio but we needed the accommodation at short notice and we know the area. The studio was right over the entrance on the main approach road to the harbour. The majority of apartments are overlooking the sea or the pool, this block is very much the poor relation. I was very disappointed and consider the Atlantis to be extremely poor value for money. Pros: - Very convenient location - Very clean, towels and bedding were spotless. - One very comfortable bed, the other had a deep groove in the middle of the mattress. - Reception staff on check in and check out very friendly and helpful - Lots of hot water - Miniature bottle of wine and bottled water in the studio on arrival. Cons: - Poorest equipped kitchen we’ve ever had: mismatched cutlery, saucers instead of plates, frying pan with no non-stick left on it and a loose handle, tiny cups, kettle made water taste of disinfectant, no ice box in fridge. Only one cupboard so no room for the smallest amount of food. No workspace - difficult to make even a sandwich. - No storage in the bathroom, just a ‘worktop’ round the wash basin - no drawer, shelf or cupboard anywhere. - Very noisy: could hear conversations in next room, thudding across the ceiling from room above. Thumping music from various bars around the hotel from lunchtime until late at night. Dogs barking constantly at night, lots of traffic passing by. Vehicles sounding horns on arrival to get barrier raised. - Unfriendly residents especially from the bungalows, made to feel very unwelcome at the pool (only tried once) Very loud groups sitting in the pool bar - no consideration for anyone else. Definitely won’t be back here.
