We had 2 weeks for my wife's 60th birthday. Arrived about 6.30pm. Quickly checked in by lovely reception staff. Our room(706) was a spacious studio room, I had previously requested a higher floor so not to get a basement room as reviews had suggested. Nice big room with large bed(or 2 large singles put together) a kitchen area,not that we needed it apart from the fridge, and a large bathroom with big powerful shower,we and bidet. Good balcony with a view of the mountains at the back including Teide. I would prefer a sea view which would also get the sun all day as we were in shade but I believe they're 1 bed apartments. Everything was clean, room cleaned daily. Looking at pictures before we came, the pool area didn't look very big with little room for many sunbeds, however, it was deceiving, 2 pools,the larger being about 30 yards long and plenty room for beds. We always got two if we'd been out the day. Although there are signs to not save beds,there were towels on them from early morning. A good pool bar,also doing snacks(burgers pizza etc) from 4.00. The bar area is a good size but needs more chairs as there weren't enough when busy. Entertainment every night, some good some not so! Bar staff very nice,as we're all hotel staff. We were all inclusive, and despite some bad reviews on the food we found it just fine. Always found something we liked, some good choices. Fish, chicken, pork etc. A great location with a pleasant walk down to the beach and shops. A great pub very close (the rumpot) which we visited a number of times despite being all inclusive, some great acts on there daily. There is a very nice jacuzzi, a squash court and a small gym which i used once, although this could do with a revamp as the equipment was past its best.We will be looking for a return to tenerife next year before Xmas and would definitely consider here. Just back after spending 10 nights, prior to our arrival I emailed asking to have our room above the 4th floor and beds to have mattress toppers on Check in was a breeze was given room 805. Lovely big room with great views, beds had toppers already on Only 1 pillow each, phoned reception and maid came with other pillows Room was cleaned nearly every day and fresh towels given The CHICKMAN got people interacted in games throughout the day and was a joy to be around The evening entertainment we saw was fine The drinks were OK The food was ok, always found something to eat apart from 1 night The puddings were the same each day, but I did love the mousse You pay deposit for tv remote and air con remote, but get this back on checking out once you hand over your receipts The staff were all lovely and accomdating The jacuzzi was really nice Overall we had a lovely holiday Dispite the weather as had very strong winds good few days Thank you all again. This is our 2nd time at this hotel and was lovely meeting up with others from last year

This is the seventh time my friend and I have been to this hotel for our winter holiday. The hotel is still as clean as it always has been and the food is what you would expect from an all inclusive hotel. I’m a fussy eater and always found something to eat. We always got a sun lounger. Now what I noticed was the music was far too loud round the pool and it was not music for a clientele of people whose average age is about 65. We had to leave a few times as it was driving me crazy. The evening entertainment was fair singers,dancers and the like but there were gaps where nothing happened in between not like other years when there has been karaoke or a quiz. The staff are very hardworking and ten out of ten to them

I stayed at this hotel for 5 nights at the start of December. When me and my mum arrived reception staff were very friendly especially Sarah who helped me out with a problem with my phone. . We got to our room which was on the 7th floor as i requested a higher floor. Room was basic but very clean, rooms were cleaned daily with fresh towels etc. Hotel bar was nice and chilled with entertainment on every night, bar staff and pool bar staff were so lovely. Drinks by pool were good and pool snacks available if all inclusive. Restaurant food was basic but fine there was always something to eat. Overall i had an amazing time and thought hotel was brilliant and in a great location. I would definitely return to the hotel.
