This Hotel came highly recommended and did not disappoint. I had some communication with Daniel prior to our arrival and he kindly arranged our Restaurant Bookings and also arranged for a package of Chocolate Strawberries and Champagne to be in our room on check in. We were so well looked after during our stay, our Room 774 could not have been better with a sunny balcony with a side view of the sea and literally a four step walk from our door to the Rooftop Privilege Facilities and Sky Bar. Both Restaurants were fabulous, La Tosca offers an excellent dining experience with a very good choice of dishes, all the staff are very attentive and made my Birthday celebrations extra special making my day a very memorable experience. Sakura, the Japenese Restaurant offered a really theatrical experience, the food was lovely, super healthy and such a fun experience watching everything prepared in front of us as the audience, we enjoyed two nights in there with both menu choices appreciated very much. El Jable was also a very good Restaurant with a huge amount of choice, we had most Breakfasts there and a couple of Dinners all of which we enjoyed again the Staff were outstanding and a special mention to Brian who looked after us so well. We had a mixed bag of weather but to be expected in late February, early March but we made the most of all the facilities when the weather was either windy or rainy. The Privilege Bar close to Reception is a lovely restful room with a good choice of drinks, good to meet other Guests and enjoy the facilities available in Privilege. Our only criticism is that staying at other H10 Hotels in the Canaries with Privilege, the choice of snacks was very limited here with only mostly small bags of crisps, almonds, olives and sweet biscuits and occasionally pastries but no cheese, cold meats and biscuits and fruit which was a valuable addition to our previous Privilege Experiences. The main Bar is really good also offering fabulous cocktails and a great choice of drinks at very reasonable prices, again lovely Bar Staff, Alexander looked after us very well during our stay and Brian again up in the Sky Bar. One thing to mention is that this hotel is one of the cleanest and best managed that we have ever stayed in. The location is really good and very quiet which suits us with good walks along the coast in both directions. To sum up, we would highly recommend this Hotel and look forward to a return visit in the future.

“Just home from the Costa Adeje Palace.”

Had stayed at the H10 in Tarragona previously and did'nt think that this was the same quality. We had a standard room with a side sea view. We felt that it was rather basic. Bedding, especially the pillows were poor. The hotel is massive, catering for holidaymakers, however there was no information about available tours or the excellent bus services. Customer services and reception were pretty clueless when asked about these local facilities. The high spot was the excellent A la Carte restaurant where the food and staff were great. Thankfully we managed to get booked in there as there are decent restauants near the hotel.

We always usually stay in the GFgran down the road when visiting Tenerife, so that was closed and we stayed in the H10. The initial thought was the place looked great, we stayed bed and breakfast as we read the reviews about the food, thank god we did!.. the food was awful and as we were only bed and breakfast all of the staff made us feel like they looked at your wrist band before serving you and there was a definitely a difference with how you were treated!.. it felt awful!.. the beds were so hard that it hurt us sleeping on them!.. fair play though they did provide a mattress topper that supported a little bit better. We visited from feb 24th till march the 3rd, first time we had been on a winter break and it was very sleepy to say the least!.. entertainment was terrible , we spent no time at all in the hotel as there was nothing on at all in the day time, I was also shocked that there was no iron at all in the hotel they charged you for ironing your cloths!.. its a 4 star hotel !!… I’ve been in worse places and you can get an iron!… also safety deposit you have to pay for which I believe should be standard in a 4*hotel!… the pool was so cold nobody was swimming in it!.. again there was a privilege area that you have to pay to upgrade to….. sorry to sound bad about my review but this was quite a disappointment of a hotel!…
