Everything we hoped for & more! We’ve stayed across the road at Melia Jardines del Teide on & off since 2009, but we just didn’t feel that we were getting the level of service or quality experience we hoped for - despite being Level guests. After a car crash stay there last September and no follow up on promises made to make things up to us, we decided to try Baobab Suites … omg … why did we wait so long to try here. From the lovely welcome on arrival to the impeccable service from WhatsApp concierge service .. yes they literally are just a txt message away lol to the deeeelicious breakfast boxes .. yes every review is true .. to the fan cleaning team .. then there’s your suite .. everything you need for a perfect self catering stay. The kitchen is really well stocked with utensils/crockery/equipment - there wasn’t anything it didn’t have .. and if you forget to pop the dishwasher on - then the cleaning team take care of that too. Our balcony was huuuuge .. we had a one bedroom divinity bliss .. we had comfy big couch .. 2 x low tables, 1 x dining table, 2 s sun loungers and 1 x sun seat oh and a shower to help keep you cool outside … and of course 2 electric shutters /blinds over head .. allowing you to really enjoy the outside space but not always having to be in the blazing sunshine. There is also a great sound system and tv’s in the lounge & bedroom. There is also plenty plenty plenty of storage and ladies … a brilliant high powered hairdryer ..only minor thing missing for me was a dressing table mirror to sit and do my hair make up at .. but there are plenty of mirrors with plugs .. you just need to stand .. like I say a very minor point. I know Baobab suites offers the gym & other bars / restaurants … but we didn’t use them .. there’s always next year lol … we enjoyed our morning 5.5mile trek up the back of costa adeje and then down the front .. yes it’s hilly .. but if you don’t fancy the walk .. it’s 5 euro’s in a taxi :). We have so enjoyed a complete chill time here .. we made such a huge use of our balcony and throughly enjoyed eating and drinking outside .. whilst also frequenting the great restaurants down at The Duke plus El Vecchio - a lovely Italian across the road. We will absolutely be booking for next year .. I’d always been put off self catering as I didn’t want to be cleaning and making up beds every day .. you song do any of that here .. it’s self catering with 5 star service built in .. also .. did I mention we’re going home with no holiday washing .. everything washed and ironed .. well why wouldn’t you when you’ve got all the equipment in your suite .. we’ve had the best time and hope you do too of this review helps you confirm your booking. Also a big shout out to Javier and all the reception and WhatsApp team .. you helped make our holiday 5 star perfect .. nothing was ever too much trouble - Thankyou Thankyou Thankyou 😀

Greetings from the Stewart Family! Just back from our annual visit and we are missing you all already! As usual, I always struggle to start this review, as I don't know what to add that I haven't already said before. Baobab Suites and all the staff there never fail to impress us. We are always greeted as if we are part of the family and much valued customers, thank you for that:) As always, a warm welcome awaited us, with the usual statement of "let us know if you need anything", and they really mean this. I have said it before, and I will say it again, the staff never fail to impress us, they are so welcoming, friendly and helpful, nothing ever is a problem. Thanks to the lovely and charming Corina, it was great to see her again, such a warm person. Thank you to Nadine and Geraldo (sorry I think that's the wrong spelling), who always had a smile and a friendly greeting whenever we passed the reception. As always, I know I am missing one or two more staff names, so apologies, your all amazing!!! Our suite, as per always, was amazing, really well laid out, and had everything you needed. Thanks to Alex for dropping in with a gorgeous and tasty fruit basket. Another friendly face we encountered. To the lovely and efficient housekeeper, Esperanza who did an amazing job of constantly keeping the suite so very clean! She is our Spanish Mum, even though she isn't old enough, but gets this name but looking after us so well. We always feel so pampered and cared for, five star services at its best! The beds were so comfortable, and the breakfast box was divine. This year we only had our breakfast in our suite once as we ventured out for the buffet breakfast the rest of the time. Wow, what a treat it was, it was a feast fit for kings & queens. Everything was so fresh and tasty. Thanks to Richard, who was there to look after us, what a gent he is. Nothing to fault at the Baobab Suites, its definitely a must visit, and we can't wait to return next year. To Louis, thank you so much, you simply are the best, and always looking out for us, from the bottom of our hearts, thank you, thank you, thank you! Louis, is a major asset to Baobab Suites, a real diamond, thank you Louis! Get ready for my email to book for next year! Thank you everyone, you keep us coming back, year after year. To anyone reading this review, Baobab suites is a must to visit, if you don't stay here, you are seriously missing out. We hope everyone enjoyed the lovely Irish chocolates:) Roll on our 2025 visit, this is our favorite holiday of the year, and it goes without saying, we will be back. Sending love from Ireland. “Highly recommend”

From Corina and Loren on reception to Richard on the bar staff, all the team at the hotel are as high quality as the hotel itself. Always smiling and so welcoming. From Corina and Loren on reception to Richard on the bar staff, all the team at the hotel are as high quality as the hotel itself. Always smiling and so welcoming. It’s a very friendly atmosphere that makes you feel like a VIP. Corina and Loren were always so helpful and made the experience. From touches like cava and strawberry coated chocolate on our anniversary to helping us with upgrading our room. Cant recall the name of the man who showed us to our room but he was equally as helpful. Think his name was Gerardo. Richard the bar man was so friendly and made our drinks with real care and passion. The BB Lounge was closed for refurbishment during most of our stay, which was a shame. As it was a lovely place to sit and have breakfast overlooking the ocean. The room we upgraded to had its own pool, which was lovely, unfortunately our neighbours on either side also had adjoining private pools and were very loud and spoiled the peace and quiet. So best take this into consideration if booking a room with a pool if you’re looking for a quiet place to relax during the day. We will definitely be back to the hotel and look forward to seeing and using the BB lounge next time.

One of the few hotels I’d return to is Baobab suites. Everything was so luxury from our 1 bedroom divinity bliss suite, the pool areas and all the staff were so fab. One of the few hotels I’d return to is Baobab suites. Everything was so luxury from our 1 bedroom divinity bliss suite, the pool areas and all the staff were so fab. The breakfast was amazing we tried the breakfast box and the buffet. Defo 5 star quality! Bottles of water everyday in the suites. The location is perfect away from the busy areas, we had a car so it was easy to go around. We ate at the pool bar for the first few days and food was lovely and reasonable. It was unfortunate there were last minute building works at the pool bar which disrupted the last few days of the trip, but this didn’t put us off returning. One other tiny thing we noticed was some of the furniture on the balcony and around the pool could do with replacing as it was discoloured but this isn’t a major issue. Everywhere else was spotless. Thank you 🙏🏼
